Description
The present invention relates to a banding device that winds a belt sheet along the outer periphery of a product, and more particularly to a desktop type banding device that includes a measuring unit that measures the weight of a product.
An apparatus including a weighing unit that measures the weight of an object to be bundled (commodity) on the placement unit of the bundling device is already known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
If the placement unit of the bundling device is equipped with a weighing unit, the work of placing the object to be bundled on the weighing unit and the work of placing the object to be bundled on the placement unit for banding can be performed only once. , Has the advantage of good work efficiency.
However, since the banding operation is started after the object to be bound is placed on the placement unit and the weighing signal of the weighing unit is stabilized and the measurement value is output, the banding operation of the object to be bound is not finished. The next object to be bound cannot be placed on the placing portion. For this reason, the banding operation is performed by sequentially repeating one cycle from weighing to banding completion, and as a result, the workability (number of banding processes per unit time) cannot be improved. Had.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a strap that can improve workability (the number of banding processes per unit time) while including a measuring unit. Providing equipment.
In order to achieve the above object, the banding device of the present invention is a banding device for placing a product at a predetermined position, issuing a belt sheet along the outer periphery of the product, and winding the product. A placement unit placed on the display unit, an operation unit that identifies the product, a display unit that displays data relating to the product identified by an operation on the operation unit, and a weight of the product placed on the placement unit. A weighing unit for weighing, and an output unit for outputting a weighing value measured by the weighing unit for the product specified by the operation unit, the placement unit, the operation unit, the display unit, And the output unit is disposed on the banding device, the weighing unit is disposed at a position different from the placing unit, and the output unit is a printing unit that prints an output measurement value on a band sheet. , A product detection sensor is provided in the mounting section, and the product is placed in the mounting section. When a measurement value is output from the weighing unit for the next product during the banding cycle by the belt sheet, the measurement value is temporarily stored, and the temporary storage is performed based on the product non-detection signal by the product detection sensor. The measured value is controlled to be printed on the belt sheet (Claim 1).
The weighing unit may be either an integral type or a separate type with the banding device, and the weighing unit is installed on the installation surface of the banding device, for example, the table surface on which the banding device is installed.
The ring of the belt sheet is provided with an annular guide that forms an initial loop, and is formed along the guide, or the edge of the belt sheet is moved by hand and hung between two points of the apparatus. Any method can be used.
Examples of the output unit include a printing unit for printing the weight value measured by the weighing unit on the belt sheet, a printing unit for printing on the label, or a display unit for displaying the weight value.
According to the above means, since the weighing unit is arranged at a position different from the placement unit of the banding device, when the product is placed on the placement unit for banding after weighing one product The weighing unit becomes empty, and the next product can be placed on the weighing unit. Thereby, the banding operation in which the product is placed on the placement unit of the banding device and the weighing operation in which the product is placed on the weighing unit can be performed simultaneously. That is, it is possible to work by partially overlapping one cycle from weighing to completion of banding. Therefore, workability (number of banding processes per unit time) can be improved.
Further, according to the above means, when the weighing value is output from the weighing unit for the next product during the banding cycle by the belt sheet, the previous product is banded and the product is placed from the placing unit. As soon as the product is removed, printing is performed based on the output weighing value, so there is no need to wait for the weighing to stabilize after the product has been removed from the mounting section. Since it can be incorporated into the packaging time, the processing efficiency can be increased.
The measuring section faces a ring of a band sheet generated for the banding in the mounting section , and is arranged at a substantially center line of the band of the band sheet (Claim 2).
According to the above means, since the weighing unit is arranged on the side facing the ring of the belt sheet issued and generated for banding, when the product placed on the weighing unit is placed on the placement unit, the product Can be placed on the placing portion so as to be positioned smoothly in the belt sheet ring, so that the operability is improved.
Further, the measuring unit may be arranged at a height position substantially equal to the height of the mounting table, or may be arranged at a position lower than the mounting table. That is, the height of the weighing unit is not limited, and the weighing unit may be located on the side facing the wheel of the seat.
Furthermore, when the weighing unit and the banding device are installed on the same installation surface, the mounting unit has a vertical dimension from the upper surface of the measuring unit to the mounting surface of the mounting unit. It is larger than the maximum dimension in the vertical direction that can be banded (Claim 3).
According to the above means, it is assumed that a long product that covers the upper part of the weighing unit is placed on the placement unit for wrapping and wrapped, and the product with the maximum height dimension that can be banded is placed on the measurement unit. However, the long product of the placing unit and the product of the measuring unit do not contact in the height direction. Therefore, the simultaneous operation of the banding operation and the weighing operation is not interrupted.
According to the banding device of the present invention, the banding operation in which the product is placed on the placing portion of the banding device and the weighing operation in which the product is placed on the weighing unit can be performed at the same time. it can. That is, it is possible to work by partially overlapping one cycle from weighing to completion of banding. Therefore, workability (number of banding processes per unit time) can be improved. In addition, when a weighing value is output from the weighing unit for the next product during a banding cycle using a belt sheet, output immediately after the previous product has been banded and the product has been removed from the loading unit. Since the printing based on the measured value is performed, there is no need to wait for the weighing stability after the product is removed from the loading section, so the weighing stabilization time can be incorporated into the previous wrapping packaging time in continuous work. Therefore, the processing efficiency can be increased.
Furthermore, according to the configuration of the second aspect, since the weighing unit is arranged on the side facing the ring of the belt sheet issued and generated for banding, the product placed on the weighing unit is placed on the loading unit. When placing, the operability is improved because the product can be placed on the placing portion so as to be smoothly located in the belt sheet ring .
Further, according to the configuration of
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of a banding device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 show an outline of a banding device A, which includes a banding device main body A1 that wraps a band sheet a around a product W, and a weighing unit A2 that measures the weight of the product W to be banded. These are arranged on the work table (table or the like) and arranged to face the operator O. The weighing unit A2 is a belt sheet that is issued for banding and is generated for banding at a position different from the banding unit on which the product of the banding device A is mounted and banded. A type that is installed on the side facing the wheel and is communicably connected to the banding device A, measures the weight of the product W, and prints the weight value and the price based on the weight value on the belt sheet a is illustrated. To do.
Since the weighing unit A2 is located on the side facing the ring of the belt sheet in this way, it is possible to place the product on the placement unit simply by moving the product diagonally backward while lifting the product from the weighing unit. Since it can do, goods can be smoothly moved from a measurement part to a mounting part.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the banding device main body A1 includes an
As for the product to be worn W, the product is stored in a tray with a lid and the lid is closed. For example, assorted lunch boxes and sashimi are considered, but not only in a tray with a lid but also in a tray without a lid. It is also possible to wrap and wrap a product that is stored and covered with paper or the like so as to cover the product and the tray. Further, the lid is not limited to an integral unit coupled to the tray, and the tray and the lid may be separate.
The
The lower hole edge of the
The

The
The printing means 4 for printing product information on the belt sheet a to which the label paper b is attached includes an

Also, since each banded product (each product number) in the product file is stored with a band sheet print format number, which will be described later, associated as an identifier, the layout of each print item can be determined by specifying the banded product. The print format can be specified. Similarly, a tray number for specifying a tray is stored in association with an identifier.
The band sheet print format number defines the print position and character size of each print item on the band sheet a.
When printing the measurement value (weight), it is necessary to set the print area for printing the measurement value as the belt sheet print format in advance.
As shown in FIG. 10, the tray file is used to reduce the diameter of the initial loop formed by the tray size (width, height) (mm) and the band sheet to the shape along the outer periphery of the product for each tray number. Tray data such as squeeze information (band sheet pullback amount, tray hardness) is provided, and by setting the tray number to the banded product, the pullback amount when banding the specified product is set It can be specified and stable banding is possible.

As shown in FIG. 11, the band sheet print format file has a layout for printing for each print item. For each print format number (identifier), print start, print item (product name, weight, unit price, price) The print position information such as the print position for each band is set, the start of printing indicates the distance (mm) from the leading edge of the belt sheet, and the one end in the width direction of the belt sheet is set to the origin O (0, 0, 0), the width direction (X) and the longitudinal direction (Y) from the origin, and the width direction (printing area X width) and the longitudinal direction (printing area Y width) are set from the starting point, Thereby, each print area is set. When the JAN code (bar code) is printed by attaching a label sheet to the belt sheet, the application unit is driven so that the print position data of the JAN code matches the position where the label sheet is attached.
As described above, by associating a band sheet printing format number with the product file, it is possible to print at a predetermined position of the band sheet according to the banded product simply by selecting each banded product and product number. Can do.
Further, instead of associating the band sheet print format number with each banded product, each tray number may be associated.
Next, the weighing value (weight) of the weighing unit A2 is printed on the band sheet, and the outline of the operation of banding the product with the printed band sheet is continuously banded based on the flowchart of FIG. The case where it does is demonstrated. In the following example, a band sheet print format number that is an identifier of print position information is set for each product, and by specifying the product, product information such as the product name, weight, unit price, price, etc. Is read out.

In other words, if YES, it means that the wrapping is still in progress, or the wrapping has been completed but the product that has been hanged has not been removed from the placement section, and the previous product has been removed from the placement section. When it is printed, a belt sheet is printed.

In the banding device having the above-described configuration, the weighing unit is positioned at a position different from the mounting unit for performing the banding and packaging, and thus the product is placed on the mounting unit for banding after weighing one product. When transferred, the weighing unit becomes empty, and it becomes possible to place and measure products having the same product information to be wrapped next. That is, at the time of wrapping packaging, the weighing section can simultaneously measure the product to be wrapped next, so that the measurement stabilization time of the next product can be put into the previous wrapping packaging cycle. When the product wrapping is finished, the product information such as the next measurement value can be printed immediately without waiting for the measurement stabilization time. That is, it is possible to increase the number of band-wrapping treatments per unit time as compared with the conventional apparatus. Also, as shown in the illustrated embodiment, when the measuring unit is positioned below the center line of the ring of the sheet facing the ring (initial loop) of the band sheet to be banded, it was placed on the measuring unit. Since the product can be transferred from the weighing unit to the mounting unit so that the product is translated as it is, the product can be smoothly transferred and the workability of the wrapping packaging can be improved.
When the banding device main body A1 and the weighing unit A2 are installed on the same table, the weighing unit A2 that measures the weight has a step downward with respect to the placement unit that performs the banding packaging of the banding device main body A1. Since it is provided and arranged, even if the product on the placement unit is a long product, there is no interference (contact) with the product placed on the weighing unit.
