Description
本発明は、正極及び負極、並びに、正極及び負極の間に配設された固体電解質層を有する素電池と、該素電池を収容する容器とを備え、素電池は、外装材に収容され、該外装材の内部に第1の気体が充填され、外装材の外部且つ容器の内部に第2の気体が充填され、少なくとも第1の気体を用いて素電池が加圧され、前記第1の気体の圧力は前記第2の気体の圧力よりも高く、且つ、前記第2の気体の圧力は前記容器の外部の圧力よりも高い、固体電池である。
また、本発明において、第1の気体の圧力が第2の気体の圧力よりも高い形態とすることにより、電池を加圧するために必要な圧力を維持しつつ、容器の内部と外部との圧力差を低減することができる。したがって、かかる形態とすることにより、電池の性能を向上させることや、電池の性能を長期間に亘って維持することが容易になる。

Claims (3)
- 正極及び負極、並びに、前記正極及び前記負極の間に配設された固体電解質層を有する素電池と、該素電池を収容する容器と、を備え、
前記素電池は、外装材に収容され、
前記外装材の内部に第1の気体が充填され、前記外装材の外部且つ前記容器の内部に第2の気体が充填され、
少なくとも前記第1の気体を用いて前記素電池が加圧され、
前記第1の気体の圧力は前記第2の気体の圧力よりも高く、且つ、前記第2の気体の圧力は前記容器の外部の圧力よりも高い、固体電池。 - 前記第1の気体の分子が、前記第2の気体の分子よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固体電池。
- 前記容器の内部に、前記第1の気体を対流させる対流手段、及び/又は、前記第2の気体を対流させる対流手段が収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の固体電池。
