Description
Claims (8)
- 等温滴定マイクロ熱量計システム用の自動ピペットアセンブリであって、当該自動ピペットアセンブリが、ピペットハウジングと、滴定剤を供給するため試料セル内に挿入されるように構成された滴定針を備えるシリンジと、シリンジ内にプランジャを駆動するためのリニアアクティベータとを備えており、上記滴定針が、ハウジングに対して回転可能であって、試料セル内の流体を攪拌するように構成された攪拌パドルを備えており、自動ピペットアセンブリが、滴定針の回転を駆動するための攪拌モータを備える、自動ピペットアセンブリ。
- 前記攪拌モータが、中空ロータが滴定針と同心に配置された直接駆動モータである、請求項1記載の自動ピペットアセンブリ。
- 前記攪拌モータが、回転伝達構成部によって滴定針を回転駆動させる、請求項1又は請求項2記載の自動ピペットアセンブリ。
- 前記シリンジがハウジングに対して回転可能であり、前記滴定針がシリンジに回転不能に装着される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の自動ピペットアセンブリ。
- 前記シリンジが、ピペットハウジング内の回転フレーム内に着脱式に配置される、請求項4記載の自動ピペットアセンブリ。
- 前記リニアアクティベータが、ねじプランジャを駆動するように構成されたステッピングモータを備え、ピペットアセンブリが、ねじプランジャの2つの所定位置を検出するための位置センサをさらに備える、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の自動ピペットアセンブリ。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の自動ピペットアセンブリを備える等温滴定マイクロ熱量計システム。
- ピペットアセンブリのリニアアクティベータ及び攪拌モータを制御するように構成されたピペット制御装置を備え、リニアアクティベータが、ねじプランジャを駆動するように構成されたステッピングモータを備え、ピペットアセンブリが、ねじプランジャの2つの所定位置を検出するための位置センサをさらに備え、ピペット制御装置が、ねじプランジャの2つの所定の位置を位置合わせし、位置間でねじプランジャを移動させるためにステッピングモータによって実施されるステップ数からプランジャのねじのピッチを判定するように構成される、請求項7記載の等温滴定マイクロ熱量計システム。
