Claims (15)
- セパレータアセンブリ(300)であって、
1以上の供給キャリヤ層(116)、1以上の透過液キャリヤ層(110)及び1以上の膜層(112)を備え、前記供給キャリヤ層と前記透過液キャリヤ層の間に前記膜層が配置された膜スタックアセンブリ(120)と、
1以上の濃縮液排出コンジット(218)及び1以上の透過液排出コンジット(118)を備えた中央コアエレメント(440)と
を備え、
前記濃縮液排出コンジット及び前記透過液排出コンジットが1以上のスペーサエレメント(446,447)と共に形成されていて前記濃縮液排出コンジットと前記透過液排出コンジットとを分離する空洞(450)を画成しており、前記空洞(450)内に前記膜スタックアセンブリの第1の部分(231)が配置されており、
前記膜スタックアセンブリの第2の部分(232)が、前記中央コアエレメントの周囲に配置された多層膜アセンブリを形成し、
前記供給キャリヤ層が前記濃縮液排出コンジットと接触しており、また、前記透過液排出コンジットとは非接触であり、
前記透過液キャリヤ層が前記透過液排出コンジットと接触しており、また、前記濃縮液排出コンジットとは非接触であり、
前記透過液キャリヤ層がセパレータアセンブリの外部表面を形成しない、
セパレータアセンブリ(300)。 - 前記多層膜アセンブリが前記中央コアエレメント(440)の周囲に半径方向に配置される、請求項1記載のセパレータアセンブリ(300)。

- 複数の透過液排出コンジット(118)を備える、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のセパレータアセンブリ(300)。
- 複数の供給キャリヤ層(116)を備える、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のセパレータアセンブリ(300)。
- 複数の透過液キャリヤ層(110)を備える、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載のセパレータアセンブリ(300)。
- 複数の膜層(112)を備える、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のセパレータアセンブリ(300)。
- セパレータアセンブリの製造方法であって、
1以上の濃縮液排出コンジット(218)及び1以上の透過液排出コンジット(118)を備えた中央コアエレメント(440)であって、前記濃縮液排出コンジット及び前記透過液排出コンジットが1以上のスペーサエレメント(446,447)と共に形成されていて前記濃縮液排出コンジットと前記透過液排出コンジットとを分離する空洞(450)を画成している、中央コアエレメント(440)を用意し、
1以上の透過液キャリヤ層(110)、1以上の供給キャリヤ層(116)及び1以上の膜層(112)を備えた膜スタックアセンブリ(120)の第1の部分(231)を、前記空洞(450)内に配置し、
前記膜スタックアセンブリの第2の部分(232)を前記中央コアエレメントの周囲に半径方向に配置し、且つ、得られた巻かれたアセンブリを封止してセパレータアセンブリを得る
ことを含んでなり、
前記濃縮液排出コンジットと前記透過液排出コンジットが非接触であり、
前記供給キャリヤ層が前記濃縮液排出コンジットと接触しており、また、前記透過液排出コンジットとは非接触であり、
前記透過液キャリヤ層が前記透過液排出コンジットと接触しており、また、前記濃縮液排出コンジットとは非接触であり、
前記透過液キャリヤ層が前記セパレータアセンブリの外部表面を形成しない、
