Claims (11)
- 受光基板と、
前記受光基板上に形成された第1機能層と、
前記受光基板の少なくとも2つのエッジに形成され、前記第1機能層と電気的に連結された第1バス電極と、
第2機能層を持つ相対基板と、
前記相対基板の少なくとも2つのエッジに形成され、前記第2機能層と電気的に連結された第2バス電極と、
前記第1機能層と前記第2機能層との間に配された電解質層と、
前記受光基板の、当該受光基板を一部切開して形成された空間と対応する第1領域上に、前記第1バス電極と電気的に連結されないように配され、前記第2バス電極と、隣接した光電セルまたは外部端子とを電気的に連結させる第1接続ラインと、
前記第1バス電極と、隣接した光電セルまたは外部端子とを電気的に連結させる第2接続ラインと、
を備え、
前記第2機能層は、
前記相対基板上に形成され、前記相対基板上に形成された第2透明導電膜と、前記第2透明導電膜上に形成された第2グリッドと、を含む相対電極と、
前記相対電極上に形成され、前記第2透明導電膜と前記第2グリッドとの間に配された触媒層と、を含む、
光電変換モジュール。 - 前記第1機能層は受光基板上に形成された光電極と、前記光電極上に形成された半導体層と、を含む請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 感光性染料が半導体層内に吸着された請求項2に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記光電極は、前記受光基板上に形成された第1透明導電膜と、前記第1透明導電膜上に形成された第1グリッドと、を含む請求項2または3に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記第1バス電極の側壁は前記第1グリッドの端部に電気的に連結され、前記第1グリッドは、メッシュ状、ストライプ状、ドット状パターンのうちいずれか一つである請求項4に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 第1保護層が前記第1グリッドの少なくとも一部分上に形成された請求項4または5に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記第2バス電極の側壁は、前記第2グリッドの端部に電気的に連結された請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 第2保護層は前記第2グリッドの少なくとも一部分上に形成され、前記第2グリッドはメッシュ状パターンである請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記第2接続ラインは、前記相対基板の第2領域上に配された請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記第2領域は前記相対基板上に形成された一部分と対応し、前記第2接続ラインは、前記第2バス電極と電気的に連結されないように前記相対基板の第2領域上に配された請求項9に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記第2領域は、前記相対基板を一部切開して形成された空間と対応し、前記第2接続ラインは、前記第2バス電極と電気的に連結されないように前記相対基板の第2領域上に配された請求項9に記載の光電変換モジュール。
