Description
Claims (13)
- 2つの部品間の締まりばめの際に、1つの部品のボア内に挿入される外表面を有する金
属粉末部品であって、
前記金属粉末部品が、弁座であり、
前記金属粉末部品が、前記部品の圧縮のときに形成される前記金属粉末部品の外表面上
に形成され、かつ、前記金属粉末部品と共に焼結されるリブを有し、そして、
前記リブが、所定のサイズ及び形状へのコイニングによって、前記金属粉末部品の前記リブ間の表面よりも大きい密度を有するように圧縮されて、前記リブの高点をつなぐことによって形成される円形を提供することを特徴とする金属粉末部品。 - 前記リブが、前記金属粉末部品の長手方向の軸方向に平行に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属粉末部品。
- 前記リブが、前記金属粉末部品の全長に亘って延設されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の金属粉末部品。
- 前記リブが、前記金属粉末部品の全長より短い長さだけ延設されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の金属粉末部品。
- 前記金属粉末部品が、単一の外径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属粉末部品。
- 前記金属粉末部品が、2以上の異なる外径を有する段差付き金属粉末部品として形成され、そして、前記リブが、前記2以上の異なる外径のうち1以上の外径を形成する外表面上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属粉末部品。
- 2つの部品間の締まりばめの際に、1つの部品のボア内に挿入される外表面を有する金属粉末部品の製造方法であって、
前記金属粉末部品の圧縮の際に、前記金属粉末部品の外表面上にリブを形成するステップと、
前記金属粉末部品を焼結するステップと、
所定のサイズ及び形状へのコイニングによって、前記リブを塑性変形して、前記リブの高点に
よって形成される円形を提供するステップと、
を含み、そして、
前記金属粉末部品が、弁座である
ことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記焼結させた金属粉末部品を、前記リブのうち少なくとも一部を干渉するダイ内のボアを通過させることによって、前記リブを変形することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 前記リブが、前記金属粉末部品の長手方向の軸方向に平行に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 前記リブが、前記金属粉末部品の全長に亘って延設されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記リブが、前記金属粉末部品の全長より短い長さだけ延設されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属粉末部品が、単一の外径を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属粉末部品が、2以上の異なる外径を有する段差付き金属粉末部品として形成され、そして、前記リブが、前記2以上の異なる外径のうち1以上の外径を形成する外表面上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製造方法。
