Description
ポリカーボネートと変性グリコールポリシクロヘキシレンジメチレンテレフタレート(PCTG)とが、5:5で混合された等方性PCアロイを海成分とし(nx=1.57、ny=1.57、nz=1.57)、異方性PEN(nx=1.88、ny=1.57、nz=1.57)で島部分として構成した。図7のような断面の海島繊維を得るために、図6の口金上板の断面を有する紡糸口金(一つの紡糸コアに島部分が130個が配列されて、全体島部分の個数が1040個)に配置した。このような組成を通じて未延伸糸150/24にして、紡糸温度は305℃、紡糸速度は1500M/minの条件で紡糸した後、3倍の延伸を通じて延伸糸50/24を得た。図7は、図6の紡糸口金を通じて紡糸された海島繊維の電子顕微鏡写真であって、島接合現象が観察されない。
図1に示されたように、紡糸コアが1個であり、これを中心に334個の島成分供給路が形成された紡糸口金を通じて海島繊維を紡糸したものを除いては、実施例1と同様に実施した。図2は、図1の紡糸口金を通じて紡糸された海島繊維の電子顕微鏡写真であって、海島繊維の中央部分に島接合現象が観察される。
Claims (16)
- 島成分供給路を含み、海島繊維が吐き出される吐出部と、前記吐出部の外周面に形成され、海成分供給路を含む外周部とからなる海島繊維製造用紡糸口金において、
前記吐出部の内部に、前記島成分供給路が複数個の群に区画され、
前記島成分供給路は、2個以上の紡糸コアを中心にグループ化されて配列され、
前記複数個の群は、同じ群の内部の隣接した島成分供給路間の中心距離の最大値が、互いに隣合う群の間の隣接した島成分供給路間の中心距離の最小値よりも小さいことを特徴とする海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。 - 前記紡糸コアは、前記吐出部の中心に一つの紡糸基準コアが位置し、前記紡糸基準コアを中心に複数個の紡糸周辺コアが配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記紡糸周辺コアは、3〜20個であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記紡糸周辺コアは、6〜10個であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 一つの紡糸基準コアまたは一つの紡糸周辺コアに対して島成分供給路が10〜300個配列されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記紡糸基準コアと前記紡糸周辺コアとの間に海成分供給路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 島成分供給路の総個数が38〜1500個であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 島成分供給路の総個数が500〜1500個であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 島成分供給路の総個数が1000〜1500個であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記吐出部の中心を基準に紡糸コアが配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記吐出部の中心に海成分供給路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記紡糸コアの間に海成分供給路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記吐出部の直径は、15〜50mm、前記島成分供給路または海成分供給路の直径は、0.1〜0.3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記群の直径は、8〜15mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記吐出部を2〜20個含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
- 前記吐出部は、海成分供給路が一つ以上形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海島繊維製造用紡糸口金。
