Description
請求項1〜4の各記載内容は次のとおりである。
1.分解炉の分解管(1)と分解ガス冷却器の冷却管(2)との間の連結部材であって、冷却管(2)が分解管(1)の延伸部の中に配置された内管(3)と、冷却間隙(5)の形成下に前記内管(3)を囲繞する外管(4)とを備えた二重管として形成されているとともに、前記冷却間隙(5)が冷却媒体を供給するための供給室(6)に接続され、かつ分解管(1)が移行部材(14)に接続されており、該移行部材(14)は、その末端部分がフォーク状に形成されているとともに、内側部分(15)および外側部分(16)を有し、それらの間に断熱材(17)からなる層が充填されている連結部材において、分解管(1)と冷却管(2)との間の連結に適するように供給室(6)と移行部材(14)とハーフシェル(18、19)とが前以て製造された1つのユニットとして形成されていること、移行部材(14)の外側部分(16)が冷却管(2)の縦軸に対して同軸に供給室(6)の底部(9)に固定されていること、供給室(6)の中へ内管部分(13)が溶接され、前記内管部分が供給室(6)から突出し、かつ移行部材(14)の内側部分(15)と一直線に並べられ、かつその厚さおよび内径もしくは外径が内管(3)のそれらに相当していること、及び、ハーフシェル(18、19)の厚さおよび内径もしくは外径が外管(4)のそれらに相当し、かつハーフシェル(18、19)の軸線方向の長さが供給室(6)から突出する内管部分(13)の部分よりも大きいことを特徴とする連結部材。
2. 供給室(6)から突出する内管部分(13)の部分が外側にスペーサ(20)を具備しており、その高さが冷却管(2)内部の冷却間隙(5)の幅に相当することを特徴とする請求項1記載の連結部材。
3. 供給室(6)が重厚な帯状の部材または重厚な帯状の部材の複数の相互に連結された部分(7)からなり、その中に帯状の部材の薄い底部(9)の残留下に片側が閉鎖されている円形の凹所(8)が組み込まれていること、及び、底部(9)の中に内管部分(13)が溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の連結部材。
4. 請求項1ないし3記載の連結部材を使用して分解ガス冷却器の冷却管(2)と分解炉の分解管(1)とを連結するための方法であって、移行部材(14)および供給室(6)を1つのユニットとして前以て組立を行い、次いで供給室(6)の内管部分(13)を冷却管(2)の内管(3)に溶接し、ハーフシェル(18、19)を供給室(6)から突出する内管部分(13)の部分周りに配置して、ハーフシェル(18、19)を相互におよび一方の前面で冷却管(2)の外管(4)と、他方の前面で供給室(6)と溶接し、及び、移行部材(14)を分解管(1)に溶接することを特徴とする方法。

Claims (4)
- 分解炉の分解管(1)と分解ガス冷却器の冷却管(2)との間の連結部材であって、冷却管(2)が分解管(1)の延伸部の中に配置された内管(3)と、冷却間隙(5)の形成下に前記内管(3)を囲繞する外管(4)とを備えた二重管として形成されているとともに、前記冷却間隙(5)が冷却媒体を供給するための供給室(6)に接続され、かつ分解管(1)が移行部材(14)に接続されており、該移行部材(14)は、その末端部分がフォーク状に形成されているとともに、内側部分(15)および外側部分(16)を有し、それらの間に断熱材(17)からなる層が充填されている連結部材において、分解管(1)と冷却管(2)との間の連結に適するように供給室(6)と移行部材(14)とハーフシェル(18、19)とが前以て製造された1つのユニットとして形成されていること、移行部材(14)の外側部分(16)が冷却管(2)の縦軸に対して同軸に供給室(6)の底部(9)に固定されていること、供給室(6)の中へ内管部分(13)が溶接され、前記内管部分が供給室(6)から突出し、かつ移行部材(14)の内側部分(15)と一直線に並べられ、かつその厚さおよび内径もしくは外径が内管(3)のそれらに相当していること、及び、ハーフシェル(18、19)の厚さおよび内径もしくは外径が外管(4)のそれらに相当し、かつハーフシェル(18、19)の軸線方向の長さが供給室(6)から突出する内管部分(13)の部分よりも大きいことを特徴とする連結部材。
- 供給室(6)から突出する内管部分(13)の部分が外側にスペーサ(20)を具備しており、その高さが冷却管(2)内部の冷却間隙(5)の幅に相当することを特徴とする請求項1記載の連結部材。
- 供給室(6)が重厚な帯状の部材または重厚な帯状の部材の複数の相互に連結された部分(7)からなり、その中に帯状の部材の薄い底部(9)の残留下に片側が閉鎖されている円形の凹所(8)が組み込まれていること、及び、底部(9)の中に内管部分(13)が溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の連結部材。
- 請求項1ないし3記載の連結部材を使用して分解ガス冷却器の冷却管(2)と分解炉の分解管(1)とを連結するための方法であって、移行部材(14)および供給室(6)を1つのユニットとして前以て組立を行い、次いで供給室(6)の内管部分(13)を冷却管(2)の内管(3)に溶接し、ハーフシェル(18、19)を供給室(6)から突出する内管部分(13)の部分周りに配置して、ハーフシェル(18、19)を相互におよび一方の前面で冷却管(2)の外管(4)と、他方の前面で供給室(6)と溶接し、及び、移行部材(14)を分解管(1)に溶接することを特徴とする方法。
