Description
The present invention relates to a boring method and boring apparatus for geological surveys that are mainly performed on steep slopes and narrow places.
In the steep slopes described above, natural disasters such as slope failures and landslides are likely to occur, and there is a great need to collect cores for geological surveys. However, it is difficult to carry a boring device that collects the core into such a place because of its topography. Therefore, a boring device considering portability has been developed.
As such a conventional boring device, there is provided a rotating device (electric motor) for rotating the core tube directly above the core tube with a bit at the tip, and an elevating device for raising and lowering the core tube to the side of the rotating device. A device having a (rack and pinion) is known (Patent Documents 1 and 2).
However, in the conventional boring device described above, a rack that meshes with a pinion serves as a lifting shaft, and a propulsive force during lifting is added thereto. And this raising / lowering axis | shaft has a parallel relationship with the axis line of a core tube. In other words, since the elevating shaft and the axis of the core tube are not collinear, if the depth of drilling increases and the driving force acting on the bit or core tube and the reaction force that accompanies it increase, the inclination of the rack with which the pinion meshes・ Deformation occurred, resulting in misalignment of the drilling shaft and abnormal vibration in the core tube, which deteriorated the quality of the core. In particular, when the electric motor of the rotating device is far from the ground toward the top of the rack, there is a problem that abnormal vibration becomes larger.
The present invention was created in view of the above circumstances, and a problem to be solved is to make it possible to apply a propulsive force to the core tube from the axial direction as much as possible.
The boring method of the present invention is a holing method for collecting a core for geological survey in a core tube by transmitting rotational force and downward propulsive force to a bit attached to the tip of the core tube . The rod connected to the upper side is supported so that it can be moved up and down in the axial direction and immovable in the direction perpendicular to the axial line, and a rotational force is applied to the rod from the side surface of the rod and from the ground to the rod. The weight, which is supported rotatably in the upper direction , applies a load to the rod in the axial direction, and transmits the rotational force of the rod to the weight by the bearing accommodated between the weight and the rod. It is characterized by preventing .
There is no limitation on the height position at which the rotational force is applied to the rod, but it is desirable that the rotational force be stably applied to the rod as follows. That is, as in the second aspect of the invention, the height position where the rotational force is applied to the rod is constant.
Among the boring devices, there are the following rod rotating devices that apply rotational force to the rods. That is, in a rod rotating device for a boring device that applies a rotational force to a rod connected to a core tube with a bit, a turntable for rotating the rod, a table rotating mechanism for rotating the turntable, a turntable and a table rotating mechanism and a mounting base for installing on the ground is fixed, turntable, guide holes for vertically movably guiding rod are al provided through in a vertical direction with respect to the horizontal state. The installation base includes an installation base that fixes the turntable and the table rotation mechanism and serves as a scaffold, a fixed base that is installed on the ground, and a shaft that connects the installation base to the fixed base so as to be openable and closable. The installation base includes an installation base body that fixes the turntable and the table rotation mechanism, and a work platform that serves as a scaffold. When the fixed base is installed on an inclined ground, the work platform is opened horizontally with the shaft as a fulcrum. The installation base body can be opened at an arbitrary angle.
The shape of the guide hole does not matter. However, in order to make it easy to transmit the rotational force of the turntable to the rod and to easily attach the rod to the turntable, it is desirable to do the following. That is, as in the invention according to claim 4 , the guide hole is a polygon into which a rod having a polygonal section is fitted so as to be movable up and down.
Of the boring devices, the rod propulsion device that applies a downward thrust to the rod may strike the rod from the upper side in the axial direction of the rod, but it is easy to install and remove the rod propulsion device. To do this, it is desirable to do the following: That is, as in the invention described in
In the boring method of the present invention, the rod connected to the core tube is supported so as to be movable up and down in the axial direction and immovable in the direction perpendicular to the axial line, thereby applying a load as a downward driving force to the rod. It is possible to apply a rotational force to the rod from the side surface without being affected by the downward propulsive force. Therefore, even if the drilling depth is increased, the downward driving force can be applied to the rod in an ideal state, and a high-quality core can be collected.
Moreover, by rotatably supported weight above than ground with respect to the rod, because given the load is the driving force downward, albeit a simple technique, the desired thrust by adjusting the weight is obtained Is. Moreover, since the rotational force of the rod is not transmitted to the weight by the bearing , the rod can be rotated with a light force.
In the invention of
In the boring apparatus of the present invention , the turntable and the table rotating mechanism are fixed to the installation base installed on the ground, so that the height position of the turntable and the table rotating mechanism is stable. As a result, even when the drilling depth becomes deep, the state of rotating the rod is stable, and as a result, the propulsion direction of the rod inserted into the guide hole provided in the turntable is stabilized. Also, the rod can be mounted on the turntable simply by inserting the rod into the guide hole.
Moreover, since the fixed base is installed on a sloping ground, the installation base can be opened horizontally with the shaft as a fulcrum, so the leg angle can be changed according to the angle of the ground. Is high.
Furthermore, since the installation base is composed of an installation base body for fixing the turntable and the like and a work scaffolding as a scaffold, the installation base body and the work scaffold are provided separately so that the legs can be opened separately with the shaft as a fulcrum. Since the installation base body can be held at an arbitrary angle while the work scaffold is held horizontally, the core can be collected by excavating at a desired excavation angle while maintaining good workability on the work scaffold.
In the invention of claim 4, since the shape of the guide hole is a polygon into which the rod having a polygonal section is fitted so as to be movable up and down, the rotational force of the turntable is transmitted to the rod simply by inserting the rod into the guide hole. In addition, it is easy to mount the rod.
Since the invention of
As shown in FIG. 1, the boring device 1 has a
First, the
Next, the rod
In addition to being installed on the ground, the
The fixed
Further, the fixed
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 10, the
The table
The table
The arrangement of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 or FIG. 13, the
Next, the rod propulsion device 4 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 11, or FIG. 12, the rod propulsion device 4 includes a
The
The
The
In each of the above-described devices, the weight of each material and equipment at the time of disassembly is within the weight range that can be transported manually.
