Description
本実施形態で用いる渦電流プローブには、特には限定が無く、例えば、マークテック株式会社のシータプローブ(商品名)を使用することが可能である。なお、本実施形態の渦電流プローブはこれに限られるものではなく、例えば、溶接部での比較試験を行い、結果が良好なものを選択すればよい。
次に、この方法を溶接部へも適用した。図3は、試験に使用した試験片を示す図である。試験片は母材としてステンレス鋼(SUS316L)を用いている。
Claims (2)
- 表面からの深さ2mm以上の内部欠陥を模擬した穴を有する予備調査用の冶具の表面を渦電流プローブを用いて測定された信号からノイズ信号ときず信号とを抽出し、
前記きず信号のピークの値をSとし、前記ノイズ信号のピークの値をNとして、S/N比を求め、
前記S/N比のn乗(n>1)の値が2.5もしくは3.0以上となるn乗の値を求める予備調査ステップと、
鋼材の表面を前記渦電流プローブを用いて測定された信号からノイズ信号ときず信号とを抽出し、
前記きず信号のピークの値をSとし、前記ノイズ信号のピークの値をNとして、S/N比を求め、
前記S/N比の前記n乗(n>1)の値が2.5もしくは3.0以上の場合に内部欠陥が存在すると判定する、内部欠陥評価ステップと、
を有することを特徴とする渦電流法による内部欠陥評価方法。 - 前記予備調査用の冶具は溶接線を有し、前記溶接線上に前記内部欠陥を模擬した穴が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の渦電流法による内部欠陥評価方法。
