Description
(項目1) 酸化物−セラミック材料の一次粒子であって、該一次粒子は、10nm〜1000nmの範囲の平均粒子径を有し、発色成分でコーティングされている、一次粒子。
(項目2) 酸化物−セラミック材料としてZrO2をベースとした酸化物−セラミック材料を含む、項目1に記載の一次粒子。
(項目3) 酸化物−セラミック材料として、Y2O3で安定化されたZrO2、特に、3Y−TZPをベースとした酸化物−セラミック材料を含む、項目1または2に記載の一次粒子。
(項目4) 発色成分として、遷移金属化合物、特に、有機遷移金属化合物を含む、項目1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の一次粒子。
(項目5) 発色成分として、元素である鉄、セリウム、プラセオジム、テルビウム、ランタン、タングステン、オスミウム、テルビウム、およびマンガンのアセチルアセトネート、または、カルボン酸塩、特に、酢酸鉄(III)もしくは鉄(III)アセチルアセトネート、酢酸マンガン(III)もしくはマンガン(III)アセチルアセトネート、酢酸プラセオジム(III)、もしくはプラセオジム(III)アセチルアセトネート、または酢酸テルビウム(III)もしくはテルビウム(III)アセチルアセトネートを含む、項目1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の一次粒子。
(項目6) 前記一次粒子の総質量に対して、0.000001重量%〜0.4重量%の発色成分を含む、項目1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の一次粒子。
(項目7) 10nm〜500nmの範囲の平均一次粒子径を有する、項目1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の一次粒子。
(項目8) 項目1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の一次粒子の調製のためのプロセスであって、該プロセスにおいて、
(a)酸化物−セラミック材料が溶媒中に分散され、そして
(b)発色成分が、(a)において得られた懸濁液に加えられる、
プロセス。
(項目9) セラミック成形物の調製のための、項目1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の一次粒子の使用。
(項目10) 項目1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の一次粒子を含む、酸化物−セラミック材料をベースとした粒状物質。
(項目11) 項目10に記載の粒状物質の調製のためのプロセスであって、該プロセスにおいて、
(a)酸化物−セラミック材料が溶媒中に分散され、
(b)発色成分が、(a)において得られた懸濁液に加えられ、そして、
(c)該懸濁液が乾燥され、そして、該プロセスにおいて粒状化される、
プロセス。
(項目12) 以下:
10重量%〜95重量%の項目1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の一次粒子、および
5重量%〜90重量%の有機成分
を含む酸化物−セラミック材料をベースとした懸濁液であって、
該重量%は、いずれの場合にも、該懸濁液の総質量に対するものである、懸濁液。
(項目13) 以下:
(A)10重量%〜95重量%の、本願発明に従う一次粒子、
(B)3重量%〜85重量%の多反応性結合剤、および
(C)1重量%〜80重量%の有機溶媒、および
(D)1重量%〜30重量%のさらなる添加物
を含む、項目12に記載の懸濁液であって、
該重量%は、いずれの場合にも、該懸濁液の総質量に対するものである、懸濁液。
(項目14) 200Pas〜2000Pasの範囲の粘度を有する、項目12または13に記載の懸濁液。
(項目15) セラミック成形物の調製のための、項目12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液の使用。
(項目16) 前記セラミック成形物が、例えば、インレー、アンレー、前装、クラウン、ブリッジまたはフレーム枠のような歯科用修復物である、項目15に記載の使用。
(項目17) セラミック成形物の調製のためのプロセスであって、該プロセスにおいて、
(a)局所的に放射線エネルギーを導入することにより項目12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液を硬化することによって、未焼結体の幾何学形状を形成しつつ、未焼結体が調製され、
(b)前焼結体を得るために、該未焼結体が、結合剤を除去するための熱処理に供され、そして、
(c)該前焼結体が焼結される、
プロセス。
(項目18) 前記発色成分が、酢酸鉄(III)もしくは鉄(III)アセチルアセトネート、酢酸マンガン(III)もしくはマンガン(III)アセチルアセトネート、酢酸プラセオジム(III)、もしくはプラセオジム(III)アセチルアセトネート、または酢酸テルビウム(III)もしくはテルビウム(III)アセチルアセトネートを含む、項目1〜7のいずれかに記載の一次粒子。
(項目19) 前記平均一次粒子径が、10nm〜200nmの範囲である、項目1〜7のいずれかに記載の一次粒子。
(項目20) 200mPas〜2000Pasの範囲の粘度を有する、項目12〜14のいずれかに記載の懸濁液。
本発明は、酸化物−セラミック材料の一次粒子(この一次粒子は、10nm〜1000nmの範囲の平均粒子径を有し、発色成分でコーティングされている)と、その調製のためのプロセス、そして、特に、セラミック成形物および歯科用修復物の調製におけるその使用に関する。本発明はさらに、一次粒子を含む酸化物−セラミック材料をベースとした懸濁液と、セラミック成形物の調製のためのプロセスに関する。
(A)10重量%〜95重量%、好ましくは40重量%〜90重量%、特に好ましくは70重量%〜85重量%の本発明に従う一次粒子と、
(B)3重量%〜85重量%、好ましくは5重量%〜40重量%、特に好ましくは7重量%〜15重量%の多反応性結合剤(polyreactive binder)と、
(C)1重量%〜80重量%、好ましくは1.5重量%〜20重量%、特に好ましくは2重量%〜10重量%の有機溶媒と、
(D)1重量%〜30重量%のさらなる補助物質(auxiliaries)および添加物
を含む懸濁液が、特に好ましい。
(a)局所的に放射線エネルギーを導入することにより本発明に従う懸濁液を硬化することによって、未焼結体の幾何学形状を形成しつつ、未焼結体が調製され、
(b)前焼結体を得るために、未焼結体が、結合剤を除去するための熱処理に供され(脱結合)、そして、
(c)前焼結体が焼結される。
Claims (18)
- 酸化物−セラミック材料をベースとした懸濁液であって、
10重量%〜95重量%の酸化物−セラミック材料の一次粒子であって、該一次粒子は、10nm〜1000nmの範囲の平均粒子径を有し、発色成分でコーティングされている、一次粒子;および
5重量%〜90重量%の有機成分、
を含み、該重量%は、いずれの場合にも、該懸濁液の総質量に対するものである、懸濁液。 - 前記一次粒子が、酸化物−セラミック材料としてZrO2をベースとした酸化物−セラミック材料を含む、請求項1に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記一次粒子が、酸化物−セラミック材料として、Y2O3で安定化されたZrO2をベースとした酸化物−セラミック材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記一次粒子が、酸化物−セラミック材料として、3Y−TZPをベースとした酸化物−セラミック材料を含む、請求項3に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記一次粒子が、発色成分として、遷移金属化合物を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記一次粒子が、発色成分として、有機遷移金属化合物を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記一次粒子が、発色成分として、元素である鉄、セリウム、プラセオジム、テルビウム、ランタン、タングステン、オスミウム、テルビウム、およびマンガンのアセチルアセトネート、または、カルボン酸塩を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記一次粒子が、発色成分として、酢酸鉄(III)もしくは鉄(III)アセチルアセトネート、酢酸マンガン(III)もしくはマンガン(III)アセチルアセトネート、酢酸プラセオジム(III)、もしくはプラセオジム(III)アセチルアセトネート、または酢酸テルビウム(III)もしくはテルビウム(III)アセチルアセトネートを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記一次粒子が、該一次粒子の総質量に対して、0.000001重量%〜0.4重量%の発色成分を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記一次粒子が、10nm〜500nmの範囲の平均一次粒子径を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液であって、以下:
(A)10重量%〜95重量%の一次粒子、
(B)3重量%〜85重量%の多反応性結合剤、および
(C)1重量%〜80重量%の有機溶媒、および
(D)1重量%〜30重量%のさらなる添加物
を含み、該重量%は、いずれの場合にも、該懸濁液の総質量に対するものである、懸濁液。 - 200mPas〜2000Pasの範囲の粘度を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液。
- セラミック成形物の調製のための、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液の使用。
- 前記セラミック成形物が、歯科用修復物である、請求項13に記載の使用。
- 前記歯科用修復物が、インレー、アンレー、前装、クラウン、ブリッジまたはフレーム枠である、請求項14に記載の使用。
- セラミック成形物の調製のためのプロセスであって、該プロセスにおいて、
(a)局所的に放射線エネルギーを導入することにより請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液を硬化することによって、未焼結体の幾何学形状を形成しつつ、未焼結体が調製され、
(b)前焼結体を得るために、該未焼結体が、結合剤を除去するための熱処理に供され、そして、
(c)該前焼結体が焼結される、
プロセス。 - 前記一次粒子が、10nm〜200nmの範囲の平均一次粒子径を有する、請求項10に記載の懸濁液。
- 200mPas〜20000mPasの範囲の粘度を有する、請求項12に記載の懸濁液。
