Claims (10)
- X線源において使用される散乱電子コレクタであって、
第1の端部、第2の端部、外側周縁部及び中央孔を有する熱吸収部材であって、前記中央孔が、前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部まで前記熱吸収部材を通って長手方向に形成されている、熱吸収部材と、
外側周縁部及び内側周縁部を有する冷却素子と、
を有し、
前記熱吸収部材の前記外側周縁部は、前記冷却素子の前記内側周縁部と接触するように構成され、
前記熱吸収部材は、その内側壁の内部に、該内部に生じうる圧縮応力及び膨張応力を低減するように前記中央孔から十分な深さを伴って設けられる、前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部まで延在する少なくとも1つのスロットを備え、前記スロットは、前記中央孔にオープンな端部と、前記熱吸収部材の内部の端部とを有し、前記スロットが、前記熱吸収部材の前記中央孔から、前記外側周縁部に向かう方向に形成され、前記スロットの前記方向は、前記中央孔から前記熱吸収部材の外周に向かう半径方向に対し傾けられて延び、又は前記中央孔から始まって前記半径方向に延びて前記熱吸収部材の外周に沿った方向へとカーブされる、散乱電子コレクタ。 - 複数のスロットが形成される、請求項1に記載の散乱電子コレクタ。
- 8つのスロットが形成される、請求項2に記載の散乱電子コレクタ。
- 前記スロットは、前記熱吸収部材の周に一様に分布される、請求項2又は3に記載の散乱電子コレクタ。
- 各スロットの端部に、前記スロットの幅より大きい直径を有する穿孔が形成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の散乱電子コレクタ。
- 前記穿孔の軸は、前記中央孔の軸に対して、前記中央孔から外側に向かう方向に傾けられている、請求項5に記載の散乱電子コレクタ。
- 前記熱吸収部材の前記中央孔は、円筒形のセクション及び円錐形のセクションを有し、前記円筒形のセクションの一端は、前記熱吸収部材の前記第1の端部に位置し、前記円筒形のセクションの他端は、前記円錐形のセクションの小さい直径を有する端部にマージし、前記円錐形のセクションの大きい直径を有する端部は、前記熱吸収部材の前記第2の端部に位置する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の散乱電子コレクタ。
- 前記冷却素子は環状である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の散乱電子コレクタ。
- 前記冷却素子は、その外側周縁部に複数の冷却リップを有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の散乱電子コレクタ。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の散乱電子コレクタを有するX線源。
