Description
新規の過電圧保護装置では、アースに対する過電圧を放出するための過電圧アレスタが、直流電圧源からみてEMCフィルタの後方で、インバータの電流供給線路に接続されている。過電圧アレスタは、一時的な過電圧によるEMCフィルタの励振に起因する過電圧も放出することができ、インバータをこの過電圧からも保護することができる。
この別の過電圧アレスタでは、これがアースに対してだけでなく、線路もしくは給電線の間でも作用するのが好ましい。
以下、添付図面を参照し、実施形態に基づき詳細に説明する。

Claims (15)
- 電気エネルギーを直流電圧源(15)から交流電源網(4)に給電するためのインバータ(5)用の過電圧保護装置であって、少なくとも2つの電流供給線路(22から24)と、ノイズ除去キャパシタンス(13,14)およびノイズ除去インダクタンス(12)を含むEMCフィルタ(7)を有する直流電圧入力段(6)とを備え、過電圧アレスタ(20,21)が過電圧をアースに対して放出するために設けられている過電圧保護装置において、
過電圧アレスタ(20,21)は、直流電圧源(15)からみてEMCフィルタ(7)の後方で前記線路(22から24)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする過電圧保護装置。 - 前記直流電圧入力段(6)では、前記直流電圧源(15)からみて前記過電圧アレスタ(20,21)の後方でバッファキャパシタンス(25)が前記線路(22から24)の間に接続されており、前記過電圧アレスタ(20,21)は、前記線路(22から24)とアースとの間にだけ接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 別の過電圧アレスタ(16,17)が、前記直流電圧源(15)からみてEMCフィルタ(7)の前方で前記線路(22から24)に接続されているか、または前記直流電圧源(15)の一部から前記線路(22から24)への給電線(8から11)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記別の過電圧アレスタ(16,17)は、前記直流電圧源(15)またはその一部とは空間的に離れて、前記インバータ(5)の個所で前記EMCフィルタ(7)の前方で前記線路(22から24)または前記給電線(8から11)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記別の過電圧アレスタ(16,17)は、前記インバータ(5)のハウジング内で前記線路(22から24)または給電線(8から11)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記別の過電圧アレスタ(16,17)は、一方では前記各線路(22から24)または前記各給電線(8から11)とアースとの間で作用し、他方では前記線路(22から24)の間または前記給電線(8から11)の間で作用する、ことを特徴とする請求項3から5までのいずれか一項に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記別の過電圧アレスタ(16,17)のために差し込みスペースが設けられており、該差し込みスペースの占有が監視装置のスイッチによって問い合わされる、ことを特徴とする請求項3から6までのいずれか一項に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記別の過電圧アレスタ(16,17)は、放出される過電圧がそれぞれの過電圧アレスタの持続的な変化を引き起こしている場合に前記スイッチを切り換える、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記別の過電圧アレスタ(16,17)はそれぞれ、並列の2つの放出経路を有しており、一方の放出経路にはバリスタが、他方の放出経路には自消性の溶融ヒューズが接続されており、
前記バリスタがあらかじめ規定された熱的負荷に曝された場合、スイッチが一方の放出経路を他方の放出経路に切り換え、所属のスイッチが切り換えられる、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の過電圧保護装置。 - 少なくとも1つの過電圧アレスタ(20,21)に、バリスタ(26)と該バリスタ(26)に熱的に結合した溶融ヒューズ(27)とからなる直列回路が設けられており、監視装置(29)が前記溶融ヒューズ(27)を跨ぐ電圧を検知する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記監視装置(29)は、自立型のエネルギー供給部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記溶融ヒューズ(27)は自消性ではない、ことを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記監視装置(29)は、特徴的電圧降下により識別された前記溶融ヒューズ(27)におけるアークを、スイッチ操作により消弧する、ことを特徴とする請求項10から12までのいずれか一項に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記監視装置(29)は、電圧消去のために前記インバータ(5)のスイッチを操作することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の過電圧保護装置。
- 前記請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の過電圧保護装置を備える、複数のストリング(2)を含む光電池装置(1)から電気エネルギーを交流電源網(4)に給電するためのインバータ(5)。
