Description
Claims (6)
- 土壌強化領域を形成するために土壌に加圧流体強化混合物を注入する注入ヘッド(10)であって、
前記ヘッドの上方に載置される一組の円筒棒から流体を受ける上部流入管(12)、
湾曲中間部(14)を持ち、前記上部流入管(12)を少なくとも1つの横方向噴出口(11)に接続する少なくとも1つの第1の管(13)、
前記流入管(12)からの流体を穿孔工具に接続される下部流出管(17)に伝える少なくとも1つの第2の管(15)、
前記下部流出管(17)への流体の流れを遮断するために作動される弁手段(20〜23)
を有し、
前記弁手段(20〜23)が前記上部流入管(12)の下流に位置し、前記少なくとも1つの横方向噴出口(11)及び前記少なくとも1つの第2の管(15)の上方又は上流に位置し、
前記弁手段(20〜23)は、前記ヘッドに注入される流体の圧力に反応し前記下部流出管(17)への流体の流れを遮断するために、前記流入管(12)に面する栓(21)と、注入圧力が所定値未満であるとき栓(21)を開状態に戻す復帰手段(23)とを有する
ことを特徴とする、注入ヘッド。 - 前記栓(21)が前記管(15)の経路を完全に閉鎖するのに適したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の注入ヘッド。
- 前記復帰手段(23)が少なくとも1つのばねを有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の注入ヘッド。
- 前記第2の管(15)が栓(21)により閉鎖される経路(22)から下部流出管(17)まで延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の注入ヘッド。
- 前記経路(22)の直近下流に位置し該経路と連通する横方向空洞(16)から前記下部流出管(17)まで延びる2本の平行な第2の管(15)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の注入ヘッド。
- 前記弁手段(20〜23)が前記上部流入管(12)と前記少なくとも一つの第2の管(15)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の注入ヘッド。
