前記インナ部材には、前記カバー部材に形成された挿通孔に嵌挿する爪部材が形成され、該爪部材には、係合突起部が前記アウタ部材の前端面と対向する部位に、かつ該アウタ部材の下面より上方に位置するように形成されており、
前記カバー部材は、該カバー部材の挿通孔に前記爪部材が嵌挿された状態のとき、前記係合突起部の後端面と前記アウタ部材の前端面とで間に隙間を開けて挟持されることにより車両前後方向の動きが規制され、かつ該カバー部材の左,右側縁部がアウタ部材に形成された係止片に当接することにより車幅方向の動きが規制されている
