Claims (16)
- 例えば小冊子、雑誌、カタログ及び本のブロックのような印刷物(3)を裁断機において自動的に裁断するための方法であって、
前記裁断機が少なくとも一つの裁断ステーション(5)を備え、この裁断ステーションが垂直に運動可能な横桁部材(11)に刃(12,13)を有しており、印刷物(3)が走入搬送装置(2)により次々と裁断ステーション(5)内に供給され、走入搬送装置(2)から裁断搬送装置(10)に引渡され、裁断ステーション(5)内の裁断搬送装置(10)により、前小口裁断のための所定の裁断位置に位置決めされ、天および地の裁断のための位置まで搬送され、印刷物(3)が裁断ステーション内への走入時に、走入搬送装置(2)によっても、裁断搬送装置(10)によっても案内される方法において、
横桁部材(11)を走入搬送装置(2)とは独立して駆動すること、
印刷物(3)を裁断するために、横桁部材(11)の駆動機構(39)に対する走入搬送装置の位相位置を、各々搬送方向で延びている印刷物(3)のサイズ幅に適合させること、
この位相位置の適合が、印刷物(3)に先行する印刷物(3’)が走入搬送装置(2)を離れることにより始まり、かつ裁断搬送装置(10)が、印刷物(3)を検出することにより終了する時間領域内で行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 位相位置の変化が、後続する様々なサイズ幅の印刷物の場合に行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 位相位置の変化が、走入搬送装置(2)を離れる印刷物(3)のサイズ幅により制御されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 印刷物(3)が走入搬送装置(2)内で搬送方向で各々帯同体(6)に当接することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 印刷物(3’,3”)が裁断搬送装置(10)の領域内において回動するベルト(41,42)間で案内されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 印刷物(3)が走入搬送装置(2)から裁断搬送装置(10)に一定の速度で引渡されることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 裁断搬送装置(10)の領域内において、印刷物(3)の位置が測定され、場合によってはこの位置が、裁断搬送装置(10)を作動する制御装置により修正されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法を実施するための、
例えば小冊子、雑誌、カタログ及び本のブロックのような印刷物(3)を裁断するための裁断機であって、
横桁部材(11)に刃(12,13)を有する少なくとも一つの裁断ステーション(5)と、
印刷物(3)を裁断ステーション(5)へ供給するための走入搬送装置(2)と、
印刷物(3)が裁断ステーション(5)内で搬送される裁断搬送装置(10)とを備えており、
裁断搬送装置(10)が、前小口裁断のための位置から天及び地の裁断のための位置まで印刷物(3)を搬送するために使用され、
裁断搬送装置(10)と走入搬送装置(2)の間に形成された引渡し領域を備え、
さらに、裁断ステーション(5)の横桁部材(11)、走入搬送装置(2)そして裁断搬送装置(10)のための駆動手段と制御装置(40)とを備えた裁断機において、
各々個別の駆動機構(1,39)を備えた走入搬送装置(2)と横桁部材(11)が形成されており、印刷物(3)を裁断するために、横桁部材(11)の駆動機構(39)に対する走入搬送装置(2)の位相位置が調節可能であるように構成されていること、そして制御装置(40)が個別の駆動機構(1,39)と接続しているを特徴とする裁断機。 - 横桁部材(11)の駆動機構(39)に対する走入搬送装置(2)の位相位置が、印刷物(3)に先行する印刷物(3’)が、走入搬送装置(2)を離れることにより始まり、かつ裁断搬送装置(10)が、印刷物(3)を検出することにより終了する時間領域内で調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の裁断機。
- 少なくとも一つの刃(12)が印刷物(3)の搬送方向に対して側方に延びていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の裁断機。
- 少なくとも走入搬送装置(2)の駆動機構(1)が回転角度が制御される駆動モータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の裁断機。
- 横桁部材(11)に前小口裁断用の一つの刃(12)と天及び地裁断用の二つの刃(13)が設けられており、従って一ストロークにより、一方の印刷物(3’)では前小口裁断が実施され、他の印刷物(3”)では天および地裁断が実施されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜11のいずれか一つに記載の裁断機。
- 裁断搬送装置(10)の領域内に測定装置(15)が設けられており、この測定装置により裁断すべき印刷物(3’)の位置が測定されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜12のいずれか一つに記載の裁断機。
- 裁断搬送装置(10)が測定装置(15)により、裁断すべき印刷物(3’)の基準位置に対するずれが修正されるように制御されていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の裁断機。
- 走入搬送装置(2)の駆動機構(1)と裁断搬送装置(10)の駆動機構(9)が、各々一つの同期モータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項8〜14のいずれか一つに記載の裁断機。
- 走入搬送装置(2)が上側ベルト(8)と下側ベルト(7)を備えていること、および
印刷物(3)が裁断搬送装置(10)に引渡しするために、その都度これら二つのベルト(8,7)間に案内されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜15のいずれか一つに記載の裁断機。
