Claims (2)
- レールに沿って走行可能に構成された走行台車と、
前記走行台車に搭載され該走行台車の走行方向とは直交する方向に横行可能に構成された横行台車と、
前記横行台車に搭載された固体レーザ発振器又はファイバレーザ発振器と、
前記横行台車に搭載され被切断材の表面と対向して配置されたノズルを有するレーザトーチと、
前記固体レーザ発振器又はファイバレーザ発振器から前記レーザトーチのノズルの間に構成された光学系と、
前記レーザトーチに接続された酸素ガス供給系と、を有し、
前記固体レーザ発振器又はファイバレーザ発振器から出射されたレーザビームを前記光学系を介してリング状のビームに形成して前記レーザトーチのノズルから被切断材に向けて照射すると共に前記酸素ガス供給系から供給された酸素ガスを前記レーザトーチのノズルから被切断材に向けて噴射することで被切断材を切断するように構成したことを特徴とするレーザ切断装置。 - 前記光学系は、少なくとも円錐プリズムと凸レンズと光ファイバを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載したレーザ切断装置。
