Claims (7)
- 環状部品のハンマ型鍛造のための工具にして、上側ダイス型保持部および上側ダイス型と協働する、下側ダイス型を備えた下側ダイス型保持部を備え、両方のダイス型が、互いに対合し、鍛造に際して前記環状部品が収まる環状凹所を備え、上側ダイス型保持部が下側ダイス型保持部に対して1〜2m/sの範囲にある速度で駆動される工具であって、
環状部品を案内して、環状部品が下側ダイス型から持ち上げられる際の当該環状部品の側方シフトを制限する手段を備え、
前記側方シフトを制限する手段が、両ダイス型の間で、各ダイス型の環状凹所の内側に配置されたカラム(140)を備え、
カラム(140)の高さが、少なくとも前記環状部品の跳ね返り高さと等しく、
上側ダイス型が、カラム(140)の突出部分を受けるためのボアを備えることを特徴とする、工具。 - カラムが、下側ダイス型に連結している、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 下側ダイス型が、前記環状凹所の軸線(XX)に沿って配置された、カラムが収容されるボアを備える、請求項2に記載の工具。
- カラムが、下側ダイス型に設けられたハウジングと協働する軸線方向の楔留め用カラーを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 上側ダイス型に設けられたボアが心出しコーンを備える、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 下側ダイス型保持部と上側ダイス型保持部との間に、上側および下側ダイス型の中心を合わせる案内心出しカラムを備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 環状部品をハンマ鍛造するための方法であって、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の工具を位置決めすること、続いて工具を使用して部品を打つことを備える、方法。
