Claims (7)
- 複数の電池セルの中にそれぞれ設けられたメモリから、第1電圧から前記第1電圧より高い第2電圧までの充電にかかる充電時間と電圧との関係を示す充電カーブを示す情報を読み出す充電カーブ読出部と、
前記充電カーブ読出部が読み出した前記複数の電池セルの前記充電カーブを示す情報を用いて、前記複数の電池セルのうちで前記充電カーブが互いに類似する複数の電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する選択部と
を備える電池組立装置。 - 前記選択部は、前記複数の電池セルのうちで前記充電時間が互いに類似する複数の電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する請求項1に記載の電池組立装置。
- 前記選択部は、前記複数の電池セルのうちで前記充電時間が類似し、且つ、前記充電時間のそれぞれの時刻における電池セルの電圧が互いに類似する複数の電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する請求項1又は2に記載の電池組立装置。
- 前記充電カーブ読出部と、電池セルを充放電させて、電池セルの前記充電カーブを測定する充電カーブ測定部とを有し、前記充電カーブを示す情報が記録されたメモリが設けられている電池セルであるか否かを判断して、前記充電カーブ測定部と前記充電カーブ読出部とのどちらで前記充電カーブを取得するかを決定する充電カーブ取得部
をさらに備え、
前記選択部は、前記充電カーブ取得部が取得した前記充電カーブが互いに類似する複数の前記電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の電池組立装置。 - 1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択された前記電池セルの前記充電カーブに応じて、該電池パックの使用用途を選択する用途選択部
をさらに備える請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の電池組立装置。 - 複数の電池セルの中にそれぞれ設けられたメモリから、第1電圧から前記第1電圧より高い第2電圧までの充電にかかる充電時間と電圧との関係を示す充電カーブを示す情報を読み出す充電カーブ読出工程と、
前記充電カーブ読出工程で読み出された前記複数の電池セルの前記充電カーブを示す情報を用いて、前記複数の電池セルのうちで前記充電カーブが互いに類似する複数の電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する選択工程と
を備える電池組立方法。 - 電池セルを充放電させて、電池セルの前記充電カーブを測定する充電カーブ測定工程と、
前記充電カーブを示す情報が記録されたメモリが設けられている電池セルであるか否かを判断して、前記充電カーブ測定工程と前記充電カーブ読出工程とのどちらで前記充電カーブを取得するかを決定する充電カーブ取得工程と
をさらに備え、
前記選択工程では、前記充電カーブ取得工程で取得された前記充電カーブが互いに類似する複数の前記電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する請求項6に記載の電池組立方法。
