Description
Claims (15)
- 半導体光源と、
前記半導体光源が配置される凹部をもつ支持部と、
光入口開口部、光出口開口部及び少なくとも1つの側壁を有するコリメータとを有する照明アセンブリであって、
前記コリメータは、動作範囲内において、前記支持部に対して移動可能であり、これにより、前記コリメータは、前記凹部内の前記半導体光源により放射された光が、前記光入口開口部を介して前記コリメータに入り、本質的に、前記動作範囲に渡って前記コリメータの任意の位置のコリメータの前記光出口開口部のみを介して出るように、前記コリメータの前記光入口開口部と前記凹部とが入れ子の態様で連結されるように、前記支持体に取り付けられ、
当該照明アセンブリは、前記動作範囲の少なくとも部分に渡って前記コリメータを動かすためのアクチュエータを有する、照明アセンブリ。 - 前記コリメータは、回転軸の周りを移動可能である、請求項1に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記コリメータの前記光入口開口部の面積は、前記コリメータの前記光出口開口部の面積よりも小さい、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記コリメータの前記光入口開口部の面積は、好ましくは120mm2未満、より好ましくは12mm2未満、最も好ましくは6.75mm2未満である、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記凹部の内面は高反射性である、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記凹部は、前記支持部において開口部を有する、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記凹部は、前記支持部の表面上に配置され前記支持部の表面から外方に延在する筺体を有する、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記コリメータは、前記光入口開口部のまわりにエプロンを有し、
前記凹部の対応する壁は、前記動作範囲に渡る前記コリメータの移動の間、前記コリメータと前記凹部との入れ子接続が維持されるように、前記エプロンを収容するように形成される、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。 - 前記コリメータの前記エプロンの形状、及び、前記凹部の対応する表面の形状は、湾曲形状を有し、
曲率半径が、好ましくは0.4〜4mmの範囲にあり、より好ましくは0.5〜2mmの範囲にあり、最も好ましくは0.7〜1.5mmの範囲にある、請求項8に記載の照明アセンブリ。 - 前記凹部及び前記コリメータの前記光入口開口部は、本質的に矩形の横断面であり、前記コリメータの前記エプロンは、前記光入口開口部の一の縁部に沿って外方に延在するように形成される、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記コリメータの前記回転軸は、前記光入口開口部の縁部と平行である、請求項10に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記アクチュエータは、前記エプロンとは反対側の、前記光入口開口部の縁部に接続された棒体を有し、前記棒体は、前記回転軸に対して前記コリメータを傾斜させるために前記回転軸の周りを回転可能である、請求項11に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記コリメータの前記光入口開口部及び前記凹部の周囲は、本質的に円形の横断面を有する、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記アクチュエータは、前記コリメータを、前記支持部と本質的に直角をなす回転軸の周りに回転させるように機能する、請求項12に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明アセンブリを有する自動車用ヘッドランプ装置であって、
支持要素と、二次光学とを有する、自動車用ヘッドランプ装置。
