Description
- 溝を介して、流入開口と第1の流出開口との間に流路が形成され、
- 溝を介して流入開口と第2の流出開口との間に流路が形成され、
- 溝が達していない、弁タペットにおける別の周壁区分を介して、流入開口が閉鎖され、かつすべての流路が中断されるように、回転させられる。
- 第1の部分流は、時計回り方向に流れ、つまり最初は接続通路13を通り、次いで流出ゾーン11を通って、右側の流出開口22にまで流れる。
- 第2の部分流は、流入ゾーン12に沿って右に向かって流れ、次いで右側の接続通路14を介して上側の流出ゾーン11内に流れ、そこからさらに流出開口22へと流れる。そしてこの流出開口22において溶融物流Bが流出する。
Claims (9)
- 高粘性媒体用の切換え弁(100)であって、少なくとも1つの流入開口(23)と少なくとも2つの流出開口(21,22)とを備えたハウジング(10)が少なくとも設けられていて、流入開口(23)及び流出開口(21,22)は共に弁孔に開口しており、該弁孔には弁タペット(10;10′)が支承されていて、該弁タペット(10;10′)は少なくとも1つの切欠きを有していて、該切欠きを介して流入開口(23)は選択的に、流出開口(21,22)のうちの1つと接続される形式のものにおいて、
弁タペット(10;10′)は弁孔内において軸方向移動可能に配置されていて、軸方向に延びる溝形の流入ゾーン(12)と軸方向に延びる溝形の流出ゾーン(11;11′)とを有しており、流入ゾーン(12)はハウジング(20)における流入開口(23)と接続され、流出ゾーン(11;11′)はハウジング(20)における流出開口(21,22)のうちの少なくとも1つと接続されるようになっており、流入ゾーン(12,12′)と流出ゾーン(11,11′)とはそれぞれ両端部において接続通路(13,14;13′,14′)を介して互いに接続されていて、流入ゾーン(12,12′)と流出ゾーン(11,11′)と接続通路(13,14;13′,14′)とは無端のリング通路を形成していることを特徴とする、高粘性媒体用の切換え弁。 - 軸方向に延びる流入ゾーン(12,12′)と流出ゾーン(11,11′)及び接続通路(13,14;13′,14′)はそれぞれ対を成して等しく形成されている、請求項1記載の切換え弁。
- リング通路は、流入開口(23)と流出開口(21,22)のうちの1つとの間においてそれぞれ1つの接続部が生ぜしめられる作業位置において、流入開口(23)と各流出開口(21,22)との間に液圧的に等しい2つの流路が形成されるように、形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の切換え弁。
- 接続通路(13′,14′)は半径方向孔である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の切換え弁。
- 接続通路(13,14)は円弧形の溝として形成されていて、弁タペット(10)の外周面においてそれぞれ流入ゾーン(12)の一端から流出ゾーン(11)の一端に延びている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の切換え弁。
- 軸方向に延びる流入ゾーン(12,12′)と流出ゾーン(11,11′)とは、弁タペット(10;10′)の外周面において直径方向で互いに向かい合って位置している、請求項1から5までのいずれ1項記載の切換え弁。
- 流出ゾーン(11;11′)は、隣接した流出開口(21,22)を互いに隔てている、弁孔の内壁区分よりも長く形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれ1項記載の切換え弁。
- 弁タペット(10;10′)の軸方向における移動距離は、流入ゾーン(12;12′)の長さから流入開口(23)の直径を差し引いた長さに相当している、請求項1から7までのいずれ1項記載の切換え弁。
- 流出開口(21,22)の外側の制限縁の間隔は、前記移動距離に流出ゾーン(11;11′)の長さを加算した値に相当している、請求項8記載の切換え弁。
