Claims (4)
- 孔拡散、孔拡散・ろ過型の膜モジュールに対して非破壊型で直接法の微粒子除去膜の完全性試験装置において、該装置で用いる試験用コロイド溶液(以降単に試験液と略称)中のコロイド粒子濃度の1/1000未満の濃度でも測定可能な試験液を採用し、膜の片側(A面と略称)と他の側(B面と略称)のそれぞれに異なった液体を送る回路を有し、A面側に試験液と膜表面を洗浄するための洗浄液を、B面側には水および該試験液中のコロイド粒子を溶解する溶解液を流す回路を有しA面側の回路は製造工程での供給液の入口部と一致していることを特徴とする完全性試験装置。
- 請求項1においてA面側の回路にさらに気体を送る回路を有することを特徴とする完全性試験装置。
- 請求項1および請求項2において試験液が特定された粒子径を持つ水酸化第2鉄コロイド粒子を分散した液、粒子溶解液として還元剤または酸を含む液体であることを特徴とする完全性試験装置。
- 請求項2において気体を送る回路には圧力源、粒子除去フィルターを通しての気体の供給部と供給速度を制御する制御部とモジュール内の圧力を検出する圧力計が装着されていることを特徴とする完全性試験装置。
