Claims (5)
- Fe基材表面にクラッド材としてFe系の高速度工具鋼粉末を供給し、レーザビームの走査によってFe基材とクラッド材とを一体化するクラッディング工程と、
クラッディング工程の後に、焼入れ処理を行うことなく、全体を加熱しその後徐冷し、レーザ走査部分のビッカース硬度が700以上1000以下とする熱処理工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするレーザクラッディング方法。 - 請求項1に記載のレーザクラッディング方法において、
クラッド材は、W及びMoを含むFe系の高速度工具鋼粉末であることを特徴とするレーザクラッディング方法。 - 請求項1に記載のレーザクラッディング方法において、
熱処理工程の所定の温度範囲は、クラッディング工程のままでレーザ走査部分に存在する残留オーステナイト成分を減少させる温度範囲であることを特徴とするレーザクラッディング方法。 - Fe基材と、
Fe基材表面にクラッド材としてFe系の高速度工具鋼粉末を供給し、レーザビームの走査によってFe基材とクラッド材とを一体化し、焼入れ処理を行うことなく、全体を加熱しその後徐冷して形成されたレーザクラッディング層であって、ビッカース硬度が700以上1000未満であるレーザクラッディング層と、
クラッド材と基材との合金層と、
を含むことを特徴とする工具材。 - 請求項4に記載の工具材において、レーザクラッディング層は、残留オーステナイト成分が所定割合以下であることを特徴とする工具材。
