Description
Claims (3)
- 9.0〜10.5重量%のSn、0.8〜1.3重量%のZn、0.3〜0.8重量%のTe、残部がAgと不可避不純物とからなるAg−Sn−Zn−Te合金を内部酸化することにより得られるAg−酸化物系電気接点材料。
- 9.0〜10.5重量%のSn、0.8〜1.3重量%のZn、0.3〜0.8重量%のTe、残部がAgと不可避不純物とからなるAg−Sn−Zn−Te合金からなる合金粉末又は合金粒を、酸素分圧0.1〜0.4MPa、温度710〜770℃で内部酸化させ、内部酸化後の合金粉末又は合金粒を圧縮、焼結することにより製造される請求項1記載のAg−酸化物系電気接点材料。
- 直流電圧5〜30V、定格3〜30Aの負荷を制御する自動車用リレーにおいて、
その電気接触子が請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気接点材料からなることを特徴とした自動車用リレー。
