Description
Claims (7)
- 中空糸膜を束にした中空糸束をケーシング内に装填して成る血液浄化器の製造方法において、
放射線照射による滅菌工程の前段階において中空糸膜の含水率の平均値を50重量%以上300重量%未満に調整する第1の含水率調整工程と、
前記滅菌工程後、中空糸膜の含水率の平均値を50重量%未満に調整する第2の含水率調整工程と、
を含み、
前記第1の含水率調整工程は、マイクロ波の照射により行うとともに、前半は中空糸束を直立させた姿勢で行い、後半は上下を反転させた姿勢で行い、
前記第1の含水率調整工程における中空糸膜の含水率について中空糸膜長手方向において複数点で測定した際の測定値の最大値と最小値との差が、最大値の50%以内であり、
前記第2の含水率調整工程において、血液浄化器を包装する包装材に水分の透過が可能な素材を用い、該包装材を通じて中空糸膜に含まれる水分を透過させて包装材外に放出することにより、前記滅菌工程後の中空糸膜の含水率を減少させることを特徴とする血液浄化器の製造方法。 - 前記第1の含水率調整工程後の前記滅菌工程における中空糸膜周囲の酸素濃度が5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血液浄化器の製造方法。
- 前記第2の含水率調整工程における中空糸膜の含水率について中空糸膜長手方向において複数点で測定した際の各測定値の最大値と最小値との差が、最大値の50%以内であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の血液浄化器の製造方法。
- 前記第2の含水率調整工程において、血液浄化器を包装材で包装した状態で乾燥手段を用いて乾燥させることにより、前記滅菌工程後の中空糸膜の含水率を減少させることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の血液浄化器の製造方法。
- ポリアリレート樹脂とポリエーテルスルホン樹脂とからなるポリマーアロイ膜を前記中空糸膜の主たる膜素材としたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の血液浄化器の製造方法。
- 前記第1の含水率調整工程の前段階で行われ、親水性高分子を用いて中空糸膜の血液接触部を親水化する親水化工程において、前記親水性高分子としてポリビニルピロリドンを用いることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか一項に記載の血液浄化器の製造方法。
- 請求項1から請求項6の何れか一項に記載の製造方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする血液浄化器。
