Description
反応器の内部空間に収容された、固体炭化質材料が水に分散されたスラリーにマイクロ波を照射するマイクロ波照射手段と、
反応器の内部空間に超臨界状態の流体である超臨界二酸化炭素を連続的に供給する供給手段とを含み、
反応器の内部空間に連続的に供給された超臨界二酸化炭素中の、固体炭化質材料が水に分散されたスラリーに、マイクロ波照射手段によりマイクロ波を照射して、金属触媒の存在下で、連続的に固体炭化質材料をガス化させて、少なくとも一酸化炭素を含有するガスを連続的に生成することを特徴とする超臨界マイクロ波反応装置である。

Claims (1)
- 内部空間に、固体炭化質材料が水に分散されたスラリーを収容する反応器と、
反応器の内部空間に収容された、固体炭化質材料が水に分散されたスラリーにマイクロ波を照射するマイクロ波照射手段と、
反応器の内部空間に超臨界状態の流体である超臨界二酸化炭素を連続的に供給する供給手段とを含み、
反応器の内部空間に連続的に供給された超臨界二酸化炭素中の、固体炭化質材料が水に分散されたスラリーに、マイクロ波照射手段によりマイクロ波を照射して、金属触媒の存在下で、連続的に固体炭化質材料をガス化させて、少なくとも一酸化炭素を含有するガスを連続的に生成することを特徴とする超臨界マイクロ波反応装置。
