Claims (5)
- タービン用の燃焼器組立体であって、当該燃焼器組立体が、
ほぼ円筒形の流れスリーブと、
前記流れスリーブの内部に同心に取付けられ、かつその外面及び該流れスリーブの内面間に形成された空間を通って加圧空気が流れるほぼ円筒形の燃焼器ライナと、
前記流れスリーブの端部に取付けられたほぼ円筒形の燃焼器ケーシングと、
前記燃焼器ケーシング内に取付けられかつほぼ円筒形の外側スリーブ及び該外側スリーブの内部に同心に取付けられたほぼ円筒形の内側スリーブを備えたキャップと
を備えていて、
前記燃焼器ライナの端部が前記内側スリーブの後方端部に結合していて、前記流れスリーブと燃焼器ライナの間を流れる前記加圧空気が前記キャップの内側スリーブと外側スリーブの間の空間内に流れ、
前記キャップの内側スリーブ及び外側スリーブが、該内側スリーブと外側スリーブの間の空間を通って流れる前記加圧空気のボリュームが該空気が該キャップの後方端部から該キャップの前方端部に流れるにつれて徐々に増加するように構成されており、
前記キャップの内側スリーブの後方端部が小さい直径部分と大きい直径部分とを備える段部を有していて、前記内側スリーブに結合した前記燃焼器ライナの端部が前記小さい直径部分を囲んでおり、前記内側スリーブに結合した前記燃焼器ライナの端部の外径が前記段部の大きい直径部分の外径とほぼ同じである、燃焼器組立体。 - 前記内側スリーブの直径が、該内側スリーブの後方端部から該内側スリーブの前方端部に向かって徐々に減少する、請求項1記載の燃焼器組立体。
- 前記段部が、前記大きい直径部分と小さい直径部分の間で延びる支持面を含んでいて、前記燃焼器ライナの端部が、前記支持面に当接して前記キャップ及び燃焼器ケーシングに対して該燃焼器ライナを適正に位置決めする、請求項1記載の燃焼器組立体。
- 突出部が、前記キャップの内側スリーブ及び前記燃焼器ライナの一方に形成され、陥凹部が、前記キャップの内側スリーブ及び前記燃焼器ライナの他方に形成され、前記突出部が、前記陥凹部内に受けられて、前記燃焼器ライナが前記キャップに対して回転するのを防止する、請求項3記載の燃焼器組立体。
- 突出部が、前記キャップの内側スリーブ及び前記燃焼器ライナの一方に形成され、陥凹部が、前記キャップの内側スリーブ及び前記燃焼器ライナの他方に形成され、前記突出部が、前記陥凹部内に受けられて、前記燃焼器ライナが前記キャップに対して回転するのを防止する、請求項1記載の燃焼器組立体。
