Description
図1はフォーカルプレーンシャッタユニット1の正面図を示し、図2は図1のA−A断面図を示している。このシャッタユニット1は所謂縦走りタイプと呼ばれており、枠状のシャッタ地板2の開口部を開閉し、上下方向に走行するシャッタ羽根から成る先幕3及び後幕4を有している。そして、相互に重なり合う複数枚、例えば5枚及び4枚の先幕3、後幕4から成るシャッタ羽根は、図面の上下の移動方向に対して略直交する水平方向を長手方向とする形状とされている。このうち、シャッタ羽根5〜9は先幕3を構成し、シャッタ羽根10〜13は後幕4を構成している。

Claims (5)
- 光が通過する開口を開閉する方向と略直交する方向を長手方向とするシャッタ羽根であって、マグネシウムを主成分とし少なくともアルミニウムと亜鉛を添加したマグネシウムアルミニウム亜鉛合金を、厚み30〜200μm、結晶粒のアスペクト比を1.0よりも大きく3.0以下の圧延材の圧延方向と前記長手方向とを揃えて形成した、前記マグネシウムアルミニウム亜鉛合金製の前記圧延材から成る前記シャッタ羽根の母材と、該母材の表面に化成処理を施した下地層と、該下地層上に黒色化層とを備えたことを特徴とするシャッタ羽根。
- 前記マグネシウムアルミニウム亜鉛合金は前記アルミニウムを1〜10重量%、前記亜鉛を0.5〜3重量%としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシャッタ羽根。
- 前記黒色化層の上にダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜を成膜したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシャッタ羽根。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のシャッタ羽根を駆動する駆動部を有することを特徴とするシャッタ装置。
- 請求項4に記載のシャッタ装置を用いることを特徴とする光学機器。
