Claims (11)
- 反応チャンバを含む容器と、
先端と、後端と、前記反応チャンバを前記容器の壁に接触させないように前記容器の壁と前記反応チャンバとの間で前記容器の長さに沿って延在する複数の流路と、を有する、前記先端から自由に吊り下げられたライナであって、このライナの前記後端が該ライナの前記先端に対して軸方向および径方向に膨張することができるように、前記先端が前記容器に接続される、ライナと、
前記ライナの前記先端で入り、前記ライナの前記後端で前記容器に直接吐出されるように前記ライナ内を流れる冷却剤であって、前記ライナは、第1のシートと、前記第1のシートから半径方向に離間した第2のシートとを有してなる流路壁ライナであり、前記流路は、前記第1のシートと前記第2のシートとの間に配置される、冷却剤と、
を備えたガス化装置。 - 前記ライナの外面に沿って延在するスラグ層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記複数の流路が、一体化して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記ライナが、セラミックおよびセラミックマトリクス複合材からなる群のうち少なくとも1つで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記ライナが、耐食性金属で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記ライナおよびインジェクタが、メカニカルシールによって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化装置。
- クエンチ部と、
前記クエンチ部より上方に位置づけられる、反応チャンバを有した容器と、
複数の細長い一体型の流路と、前記容器に接続された先端と、後端と、を有するライナであって、前記容器の壁と前記反応チャンバとを分離するように前記先端から前記容器に自由に吊り下げられたライナと、
前記ライナに冷却剤を導入する開口であって、前記冷却剤が、前記ライナの前記後端から、前記クエンチ部の直ぐ上流の前記容器の前記反応チャンバに吐出され、前記ライナは、第1のシートと、前記第1のシートから半径方向に離間した第2のシートとを有してなる流路壁ライナであり、前記流路は、前記第1のシートと前記第2のシートとの間に配置される、開口と、
を備えたガス化装置。 - 前記ライナの外面に沿って延在するスラグ層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記ライナが、セラミックおよびセラミックマトリクス複合材からなる群のうち少なくとも1つで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガス化装置。
