Description
Claims (10)
- 反応ボリューム(2)を加熱する少なくとも一つのバーナの作動方法であって、
前記バーナは、無炎酸化モード(C)作動のための第1の燃料及び空気供給手段(11)と、ウォームアップモード(A)作動のための第2の燃料及び空気供給手段(25)と、前記第1及び第2の燃料及び空気手段(11、25)を調整するための制御装置(14)とを含み、
前記制御装置(14)は、前記第1の燃料及び空気供給手段(11)と前記第2の燃料及び空気供給手段(25)とが作動する補助無炎酸化モード(B)が維持されるように制御して、該補助無炎酸化モード(B)は、加熱された前記反応ボリューム(2)が、使用される燃料の着火温度より低い温度の時に作動されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記制御装置(14)は、
前記反応ボリューム(2)内の温度が第1温度の閾値よりも低い場合に作動する前記ウォームアップモード(A)と、
前記反応ボリューム(2)内の温度が第1温度の閾値よりも高く、該第1温度よりも高い第2温度の閾値より低い場合に作動する前記補助無炎酸化モード(B)と、
前記反応ボリューム(2)内の温度が第2温度の閾値よりも高い場合に作動する前記無炎酸化モード(C)と、
を予め指定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の燃料及び空気供給手段(11)により供給されたガス及び/または空気の割合は、前記第2の燃料及び空気供給手段(25)により供給されたガス及び/または空気量に対して変動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 復熱装置を備えたバーナ(1)であって、
反応ボリューム(2)に燃料を供給するための第1の燃料供給部(10)と、
前記反応ボリューム(2)に燃焼空気を供給するための第1の空気供給部(5)と、
前記第1の燃料供給部(10)及び前記第1の空気供給部(5)への燃料及び燃焼空気の供給量を調整して無炎酸化モード(C)を作動させるための第1の燃料及び空気供給手段(11)と、
前記反応ボリューム(2)に連絡され、酸化反応を維持するように構成された燃焼スペース(15)と、
前記燃焼スペース(15)に燃料を供給するための第2の燃料供給部(22)と、
前記燃焼スペース(15)に燃焼空気を供給するための第2の空気供給部(19)と、
前記第2の燃料供給部(22)及び前記第2の空気供給部(19)への燃料及び燃焼空気の供給量を調整してウォームアップモード(A)を作動させるための第2の燃料及び空気供給手段(25)と、
前記燃焼スペース(15)及び前記反応ボリューム(2)への空気供給及び/または燃料供給を調整するように構成され、前記反応ボリューム(2)内で反応を補助するために前記燃焼スペース内に高温ガスを発生させる制御装置(14)と、を含み、
該制御装置(14)は、前記第1の燃料及び空気供給手段(11)と前記第2の燃料及び空気供給手段(25)とが作動する補助無炎酸化モード(B)が維持されるように制御して、該補助無炎酸化モード(B)は、加熱された前記反応ボリューム(2)が、使用される燃料の着火温度より低い温度の時に作動されることを特徴とするバーナ(1)。 - 前記燃焼スペース(15)は燃焼チャンバであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバーナ。
- 前記燃焼チャンバ(15)は火炎を維持するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバーナ。
- 少なくとも一つの前記第1の空気供給部(5)は、排出ガス熱によって燃焼空気を加熱するための熱交換器を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバーナ。
- 前記第1の空気供給部(5)及び前記第2の空気供給部(19)は、それぞれ加熱されていない純粋な空気を供給することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバーナ。
- 前記第1の空気供給部(5)には第1調節部材(9)が備えられ、前記第2の空気供給部(19)には第2調節部材(21)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバーナ。
- 前記第1調節部材(9)と前記第2調節部材(21)とは独立して調節されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバーナ。
