Description
(PHA)、ポリカプロラクトン(PCL)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)、セルロース、キチン質(Chitin)、及びこれらの共重合体からなるグループから選択された1種以上の生分解性高分子からなるものである。これらのうち、ポリ乳酸系重合体とポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)の共重合体がフィルムの柔軟性確保のために最も望ましい。
Claims (14)
- 表面フィルム層/粘着層/離型層が順次積層されてなり、前記表面フィルム層は、ポリ乳酸系重合体5〜40重量%と脂肪族ポリエステル95〜60重量%からなる生分解性フィルム層であり、
前記脂肪族ポリエステルは、ポリヒドロキシブチレート(PHB)、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(PHA)、ポリカプロラクトン(PCL)、及びポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)からなるグループから選択された1種以上であり、
前記生分解性フィルム層が、白色生分解性フィルム層と灰色生分解性フィルム層で構成され、前記灰色生分解性フィルム層が前記粘着層の側にあり、
前記灰色生分解フィルム層は、カーボンブラックを含み、
前記灰色生分解性フィルム層の厚さが、前記白色生分解性フィルム層の10〜30%である
ことを特徴とする広告素材。 - 前記ポリ乳酸系重合体は、比重が1〜2で、融点が100〜150℃であるポリ乳酸(PLA)透明樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の広告素材。
- 前記生分解性フィルム層の厚さは50〜200μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の広告素材。
- 前記白色生分解性フィルム層は、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)、タルク(Talc)及び硫酸バリウム(BaSO4)、珪灰石(CaSiO3)からなるグループから選択された1種以上の隠蔽力改善物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の広告素材。
- 前記灰色生分解性フィルム層は、カーボンブラックに加えて、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)、タルク(Talc)、硫酸バリウム(BaSO4)及び珪灰石(CaSiO3)からなるグループから選択された1種以上の顔料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の広告素材。
- 前記生分解性フィルム層の上部に表面処理層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の広告素材。
- 前記表面処理層は、ポリビニルクロライド及びアクリル系樹脂からなるグループから選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の広告素材。
- 前記粘着層は、10〜50μm厚のアクリル系油性又は水性粘着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の広告素材。
- 前記粘着層は、白色、黒色及び灰色顔料からなるグループから選択された1種以上の隠蔽力改善物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の広告素材。
- 前記離型層は、紙又はポリエステル基材フィルム上にシリコン樹脂で塗布されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の広告素材。
- 請求項1に記載の広告素材の製造方法であって、
前記表面フィルム層を製造し、
前記離型層に前記粘着層をコーティングし、
前記粘着層がコーティングされた前記離型層と前記表面フィルム層を合板することを含むことを特徴とする広告素材の製造方法。 - 前記表面フィルム層は、ポリ乳酸系重合体5〜40重量%と脂肪族ポリエステル95〜60重量%からなる生分解性フィルム層であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の広告素材の製造方法。
- 前記表面フィルム層の上部に表面処理層をコーティングすることをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の広告素材の製造方法。
- 前記表面フィルム層を製造する際に、
前記生分解性フィルム層が、主押出機と補助押出機を有する共押出機で形成され、
前記白色生分解性フィルム層が前記主押出機で形成され、前記灰色生分解性フィルム層が前記補助押出機で形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の広告素材の製造方法。
