Description
Claims (25)
- 胸加圧ユニットおよび、CPRを必要とする患者に胸加圧ユニットを装着するための枠あるいはやぐらのような手段を有するCPR装置において、この胸加圧ユニットは、ハウジング中に配置されたプランジャーおよびハウジングから伸びているその一端にある加圧部材を有しており、このプランジャーは、回転運動を直線運動に変換する機械的手段を介して、あるいはハウジングに取り付けられた固定子および固定子を包囲する線形運動可能な回転子を有するリニア電動モータを介して、反転可能な電動モータによって往復駆動され、この胸加圧ユニットは、さらにマイクロプロッサ手段、ハウジングに関するプランジャーの位置を監視する第1の監視手段、回転運動を直線運動に変換する機械的手段あるいは回転子のそれぞれに関するプランジャーの位置を監視する第2の監視手段を含む電動モータ制御ユニットを有し、第1および第2の監視手段によって監視され位置は、この電動モータ制御ユニットに伝えられる、CPR装置。
- 回転運動を直線運動に変換する機械的手段あるいは回転子によって作動可能な第1の加圧ばねコイルが、その機械的手段あるいは回転子それぞれとプランジャー間にさらに配置されている、請求項1に記載のCPR装置。
- 回転運動を直線運動に変換する手段は、電動モータによって駆動されるボールねじシャフト上に装着されたボールねじを有する、請求項1あるいは2に記載のCPR装置。
- 枠あるいはやぐらは、それに関してハウジングが、取り外し可能に固定出来るようにプランジャーの変換移動の軸に沿って変位可能に配置される、ベースを有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- 電動モータは、CPR装置が有している高エネルギー密度の交換可能な電池、特に、リチウムイオンあるいはそれに類似な電池によって給電される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- ボールねじナットはハウジング中に配置されている、請求項3から5のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- ボールねじナットは、その近位部分がその遠位の開口を通してプランジャー中に伸びているナットホルダーによって保持されている、請求項6に記載のCPR装置。
- 第1の監視手段は線形ポテンシオメータ手段を含んでいる、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- 第2の監視手段は、ホール効果監視手段およびモータシャフト回転監視手段のいずれかを含む、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- ハウジングあるいはその近位端から伸びているハウジングの部分は、実質的に円筒形である、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- プランジャーをハウジングの中央に位置決めする手段を有する、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- ハウジングは、そこを通してボールねじシャフトが伸びる遠位壁を有する、請求項3から11のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- ハウジングから伸びているボールねじシャフト部分はプーリを有している、請求項12に記載のCPR装置。
- プーリは、歯付のあるいはVベルトプーリであり、ここで電動モータの駆動シャフトは同種のプーリを有し、電動モータプーリの回転は歯付ベルトあるいはVベルトによってボールねじシャフトプーリに伝達される、請求項13に記載のCPR装置。
- 第1の加圧コイルばねはボールねじナットホルダーの近位面と加圧部材の遠位面間に配置されている、請求項7から14のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- さらにボールねじナットホルダーの遠位面とプランジャーの遠位半径方向フランジの近位面間に配置されている回転運動を線形運動に変換する機械的手段によって動作可能な第2の加圧コイルばねを有する、請求項7から15のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- 第1および第2の加圧ばねコイルのコイルばね定数の比は150:1から1200:1、特に、約350:1である、請求項16に記載のCPR装置。
- やぐらあるいは枠は、背中側板から伸びておりかつ成人の胸を包囲する寸法である、請求項1から17のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- 電動モータ制御ユニットは、第1および第2の位置監視手段によって監視された位置、第1の加圧ばねコイル定数および随意的に、第2の加圧ばねコイル定数からプランジャーによって患者の胸に発揮された圧力を計算し、かつその圧力に基づくプランジャーの変位を制御するためのソフトウエアを含んでいる、請求項1から18のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- 電動モータ制御ユニットは、加圧/減圧サイクルに亘ってプランジャーの変位を修正するための波形ソフトウエアを有する、請求項19に記載のCPR装置。
- 電動モータ制御ユニットは、そのユニットによって処理されたデータを格納しかつそのデータに時間を割り当てる実時間クロックを有するデータ格納手段を含み、このデータ格納手段は、随意的に、コンピュータあるいは類似物に取り外しおよび読み込み可能である、請求項1から20のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- 電動モータ制御ユニットとは独立した安全CPR制御ユニットをさらに有し、この安全制御ユニットは、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロプロセッサと電気的に通信出来るプランジャー位置監視プローブ、および随意的に、電気的音響アラームを有し、この安全CPR制御ユニットは、請求項5の電池あるいは別個の電池から給電され、またこのCPR制御ユニットは、マイクロプロセッサに格納されている温度あるいは位置限界が越えられた時、電動モータを反転させるおよびそれを停止することが出来る、請求項1から21のいずれかに記載のCPR装置。
- 前記加圧部材は、第1の距離lを移動するように形づくられた近位面を有し、またさらに前記ナットホルダーの近位部分は、第2の距離mを移動するように形づくられており、第1の距離lは第2の距離mより短い、請求項7に記載のCPR装置。
- 前記加圧部材の近位面は、第1の距離lを移動するように形づくられており、またさらにボールねじナットホルダーの近位面は、第2の距離mを移動するように形づくられており、第1の距離lは第2の距離mより短く、第1の加圧ばねコイルは、これら第1の距離lと第2の距離m間の差を作り上げている、請求項15に記載のCPR装置。
- 前記第1の加圧ばねコイルは、その減衰効果によってこれら第1の距離lと第2の距離m間の差を作り上げている、請求項24に記載のCPR装置。
