Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de reanimación cardiopulmonar (CPR) (CPD) para realizar la CPR en un paciente (PT). Una estructura de soporte (L1, L2, F) con dos patas (L1, L2) formadas para dar cabida a un espacio para el tórax del paciente (PT) entre las mismas. Las patas (L1, L2) tienen mecanismos de sujeción (CL1, CL2) para permitir la sujeción sobre un tablero (BB). Una caja de compresión (CB) con un mecanismo de émbolo (PM) con una almohadilla de contacto (CP) que se proyecta hacia abajo del recinto (CS), y un procesador (P) para controlar el mecanismo de émbolo (PM) para realizar la CPR en el paciente (PT) de una manera automática. Un mecanismo de ajuste de altura (H) se utiliza para fijar una altura (h) de la caja de compresión (CB) en relación con la estructura de soporte (L1, L2, F). El mecanismo de ajuste de altura (H) puede permitir que la caja de compresión (CB) se mueva en relación con la estructura de soporte (L1, L2, F) en un primer estado de funcionamiento, por medio de la ayuda de la gravedad. Mediante esto, la caja de compresión (CB) puede introducir una altura (H) donde la almohadilla de contacto está en contacto con el pecho del paciente (PT), preferiblemente dentro de un rango de fuerza de contacto predeterminado, con la sujeción de la estructura de soporte (L1, L2, F) sobre el tablero (BB). Mediante esto, los parámetros de altura y fuerza de contacto son ajustados inherentemente de manera automática por el dispositivo, cuando el operador ha sujetado el dispositivo de CPR (CPD) sobre el tablero (BB). Esta tarea de configuración es fácil para el operador, se puede ahorrar tiempo sin CPR y la CPR se puede iniciar con una fuerza de contacto correcta.
