Claims (5)
- 遊星歯車式の多段変速装置,特に車両用の自動変速機であって,駆動軸(1)と,出力軸(2)と,ハウジング(G)内に配置された4つの遊星歯車列(P1, P2, P3, P4)と,8本の回転可能な軸(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8')と,少なくとも6つのシフト要素(03, 04, 13, 16, 18, 48, 67)とを備え,該シフト要素がブレーキ(03, 04)及びクラッチ(13, 16, 18, 48, 67)を含み,これらシフト要素の選択的締結により駆動軸(1)及び出力軸(2)の間に異なる変速比を生じさせて前進9段及び後退1段を実現可能とし,遊星歯車列(P1)の太陽ギヤが駆動軸(1)に結合され,駆動軸(1)が第1クラッチ(13)を介して第3軸(3)に,また第2クラッチ(16)を介して第6軸(6)に,それぞれ分離可能に結合され,第3軸(3)が,遊星歯車列(P2)の遊星キャリアと,遊星歯車列(P3)の内歯ギヤに結合されると共に,第1ブレーキ(03)を介して変速機のハウジング(G)に結合可能とされ,第4軸(4)が,第2ブレーキ(04)を介してハウジング(G)に結合可能とされると共に,遊星歯車列(P2)の内歯ギヤと,遊星歯車列(P1)の遊星キャリアに結合され,第6軸(6)が,遊星歯車列(P4)の太陽ギヤに結合されると共に,第3クラッチ(67)を介して第7軸(7)に結合可能とされ,第7軸(7)が,遊星歯車列(P3)の太陽ギヤと,遊星歯車列(P2)の太陽ギヤに結合され,遊星歯車列(P1)の内歯ギヤがハウジング(G)に固定され,第5軸(5)が,遊星歯車列(P3)の遊星キャリアと,遊星歯車列(P4)の内歯ギヤに結合され,出力軸(2)が,遊星歯車列(P4)の遊星キャリアに結合されていることを特徴とする多段変速機。
- 請求項1記載の多段変速機であって,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の太陽ギヤが駆動軸(1)に直結され,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の遊星キャリアが,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の遊星キャリアに結合された第8軸(8)と,第8軸(8)を第4軸(4)に分離可能に結合する第4クラッチ(48)と,第2遊星歯車列(P2)の内歯ギヤに結合された第4軸(4)とを介して第2遊星歯車列(P2)の内歯ギヤに結合・分離可能とされていることを特徴とする多段変速機。
- 請求項1記載の多段変速機であって,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の太陽ギヤが,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の太陽ギヤに結合された更なる軸(8')と,駆動軸(1)を該更なる軸(8')に分離可能に結合する更なるクラッチ(18)とを介して駆動軸(1)に結合・分離可能とされ,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の遊星キャリアが第4軸(4)を介して第2遊星歯車列(P2)の内歯ギヤに結合されていることを特徴とする多段変速機。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一向に記載の多段変速機であって,遊星歯車列(P1 , P2, P3, P4)がマイナス型の遊星歯車列として構成されていることを特徴とする多段変速機。
- 請求項2又は3記載の多段変速機であって,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の太陽ギヤが駆動軸(1)に直結されている場合に,前進第1速が第1ブレーキ(03)と第2及び第4クラッチ(16, 48)の締結により,前進第2速が第1及び第2ブレーキ(03, 04)と第2クラッチ(16)の締結により,前進第3速が第1ブレーキ(03)と第2及び第3クラッチ(16, 67)の締結により,前進第4速が第2ブレーキ(04)と第2及び第3クラッチ(16, 67)の締結により,前進第5速が第2,第3及び第4クラッチ(16, 67, 48)の締結により,前進第6速が第1,第2及び第3クラッチ(13, 16, 67)の締結により,前進第7速が第1,第2及び第4クラッチ(13, 16, 48)の締結により,前進第8速が第1,第3及び第4クラッチ(13, 67, 48)の締結により,前進第9速が第2ブレーキ(04)と第1及び第3クラッチ(13, 67)の締結により,後退が第1ブレーキ(03)と第3及び第4クラッチ(67, 48)の締結により,それぞれ生じるものであり,更に,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の太陽ギヤが,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の太陽ギヤに結合された更なる軸(8')と,駆動軸(1)を該更なる軸(8')に分離可能に結合する更なるクラッチ(18)とを介して駆動軸(1)に結合・分離可能とされている場合に,第4クラッチ(48)が前記更なるクラッチ(18)に置き換えられることを特徴とする多段変速機。
