Claims (3)
- 遊星歯車式の多段変速装置,特に車両用の自動変速機であって,駆動軸(1)と,出力軸(2)と,ハウジング(G)内に配置された4つの遊星歯車列(P1, P2, P3, P4)と,8本の回転可能な軸(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)と,少なくとも6つのシフト要素(03, 04, 05, 14, 17, 78)とを備え,該シフト要素がブレーキ(03, 04, 05)及びクラッチ(14, 17, 78)を含み,これらシフト要素の選択的締結により駆動軸(1)及び出力軸(2)の間に異なる変速比を生じさせて前進9段及び後退1段を実現可能とし,第1遊星歯車列(P1)の太陽ギヤが駆動軸(1)に直結され,駆動軸(1)が第1クラッチ(14)を介して第4軸(4)に結合されると共に第2クラッチ(17)を介して第7軸(7)に分離可能に結合され,第4軸(4)が第2遊星歯車列(P2)の遊星キャリア及び第3遊星歯車列(P3)の内歯ギヤに結合されていると共に変速機のハウジング(G)に結合可能とされており,第7軸(7)が第4遊星歯車列(P4)の太陽ギヤに結合されていると共に第3クラッチ(78)を介して第8軸(8)に結合・分離可能とされており,第8軸が第3遊星歯車列(P3)の太陽ギヤ及び第2遊星歯車列(P2)の太陽ギヤに結合されており,第3軸(3)が第1遊星歯車列(P1)の遊星キャリア及び第2遊星歯車列(P2)の内歯ギヤに結合されていると共に第2ブレーキ(03)を介して変速機ハウジング(G)に結合可能とされ,第5軸(5)が第1遊星歯車列(P1)の内歯ギヤに結合されていると共に第3ブレーキ(05)を介して変速機ハウジング(G)に結合可能とされ,第6軸(6)が第3遊星歯車列(P3)の遊星キャリア及び第4遊星歯車列(P4)の内歯ギヤに結合され,出力軸(2)が第4遊星歯車列(P4)の遊星キャリアに結合されていることを特徴とする多段変速機。
- 請求項1記載の多段変速機であって,遊星歯車列(P1, P2, P3, P4)がマイナス型の遊星歯車列として構成されていることを特徴とする多段変速機。
- 請求項1又は2記載の多段変速機において,前進第1速が第1及び第3ブレーキ(04, 05)と第2クラッチ(17)の締結により,前進第2速が第1及び第2ブレーキ(04, 03)と第2クラッチ(17)の締結により,前進第3速が第1ブレーキ(04)と第2及び第3クラッチ(17, 78)の締結により,前進第4速が第2ブレーキ(03)と第2及び第3クラッチ(17, 78)の締結により,前進第5速が第3ブレーキ(05)と第2及び第3クラッチ(17, 78)の締結により,前進第6速が第1,第2及び第3クラッチ(14, 17, 78)の締結により,前進第7速が第3ブレーキ(05)と第1及び第2クラッチ(14, 17)の締結により,前進第8速が第3ブレーキ(05)と第1及び第3クラッチ(14, 78)の締結により,前進第9速が第2ブレーキ(03)と第1及び第3クラッチ(14, 78)の締結により,後退が第1及び第3ブレーキ(04, 05)と第3クラッチ(78)の締結により,それぞれ生じるものであることを特徴とする多段変速機。
