Claims (2)
- 少なくとも2個の電極(2)を有するサージ避雷器(1)と、
少なくとも1個の空洞(4)を有する幾何学形状を取る、少なくとも1個の可溶部(3)と、
前記サージ避雷器(1)に取り付けられた短絡リンク(5)と、を備える電気保護部品において、
前記可溶部(3)は、前記サージ避雷器(1)の少なくとも一方の側に取り付けられているとともに、前記サージ避雷器(1)が許容範囲を超える高温に加熱された場合に融解する絶縁プラスティックの射出成形品であって、
前記空洞(4)が、前記可溶部(3)を貫くことによって、前記可溶部(3)は、筒状に形成されるとともに、前記可溶部(3)の側面には前記空洞(4)と外部の空間を連絡するスロット(8)が開口し、
前記短絡リンク(5)は、前記可溶部(3)に押し当てられるとともに、前記可溶部(3)を挟んで、前記電極(2)から隔離され、
さらに前記短絡リンク(5)は、中央電極(6)と電気的に接続され、
接続ワイヤ(7)が前記空洞(4)の内部に配置され、前記接続ワイヤ(7)の一端は前記電極(2)と電気的に接続され、前記接続ワイヤ(7)の他端は前記スロット(8)を通って前記可溶部(3)の外側に露出している
ことを特徴とする短絡装置付き電気保護部品。 - 前記可溶部(3)の剛性は、前記短絡リンク(5)によって加えられる圧縮力方向において最大になる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気保護部品。
