2.レジスト領域の外側の金属が、エッチングによって除去される。(その後、レジスト層もまた除去されてもよい。)
3.保護層が、被覆または積層される(例えばPET、PPまたはPE膜)。
4.コネクタおよび/または電子回路が、貼り付けられる。

Claims (11)
- 電場検知のためのセンサ・ウェブ(W)であって、前記センサ・ウェブ(W)は、
向かい合う長辺側と向かい合う短辺側とを有する基板(5)と、
前記基板の前記向かい合う長辺側の一方の長辺側の表面上に、前記長辺側に沿って一列に並んで形成される複数の導電性領域(1)と、
前記基板の前記表面上に形成される複数の導体(2)であって、その複数の導体(2)の各々は、前記複数の導電性領域(1)のそれぞれと電気的に結合され、前記複数の導電性領域(1)の各々から前記向かい合う長辺の他方の長辺の側に向かって延出する前記複数の導体(2)とを備え、
前記複数の導電性領域(1)と複数の導体(2)との各々は、前記複数の導電性領域(1)と複数の導体(2)のうち電気的に結合される導電性領域(1)と導体(2)の一の対の形状を前記長辺に沿って所定の間隔をもってずらして配置した形状であって、前記複数の導体(2)の各々が前記複数の導電性領域(1)の各々と前記向かい合う短辺の一方に配置される出力部電極(3)との間に電気的結合を有するように形成され、
前記センサ・ウェブ(W)は、前記複数の導電性領域(1)のうち隣接する2つの導電性領域(1)の間を前記短辺側に沿った方向に前記基板(5)を切断しても、その切断した箇所と前記出力部電極(3)との間において、前記導体(2)を介しての前記導電性領域(1)と前記出力部電極(3)との間の電気的結合が維持されるようなセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ・ウェブであって、
前記複数の導体(2)は、前記出力部電極(3)との間で前記電気的結合を有する導体部に第1の部分を有し、
前記複数の導体(2)の前記第1の部分の延在する方向と、前記基板の前記長辺方向との角度の絶対値は、0度より大きく90度より小さいセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項2に記載のセンサ・ウェブであって、
前記角度の絶対値は、0.1度より大きく5度より小さいセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ・ウェブであって、
前記センサ・ウェブは、共通信号のための連続的な二次センサ素子を有するセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ・ウェブであって、
前記複数の導電性領域(1)または複数の導体(2)は、印刷された、被覆された、電着された、蒸着された、スパッタまたはエッチングされた、または積層された層を有するセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ・ウェブであって、
前記複数の導電性領域(1)または複数の導体(2)は、金属層、導電性プラスチック層、または導電性繊維層を有するセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ・ウェブであって、
前記複数の導電性領域(1)または複数の導体(2)は、導電性カーボン、または導電性ポリマーを有するセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ・ウェブであって、
前記基板(5)が、ポリマー材料、紙、または板、不織布もしくは布材料を含む膜であるセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ・ウェブであって、
前記センサ・ウェブは、プラスチック材料、紙、もしくは板の膜、または誘電体被覆物を有する上部層を備えるセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ・ウェブであって、さらに、
前記基板の前記向かい合う長辺側の他方の長辺側の表面上に、前記長辺側に沿って一列に並んで形成される他の複数の導電性領域(1)と、
前記基板の前記表面上に形成される他の複数の導体(2)であって、その他の複数の導体(2)の各々は、前記他の複数の導電性領域(1)のそれぞれと電気的に結合され、前記他の複数の導電性領域(1)の各々から前記向かい合う長辺の前記一方の長辺の側に向かって延出する前記他の複数の導体(2)とを備え、
前記他の複数の導電性領域(1)と複数他の導体(2)との各々は、前記他の複数の導電性領域(1)と前記他の複数の導体(2)のうち電気的に結合される導電性領域(1)と導体(2)の一の対の形状を前記長辺に沿って所定の間隔をもってずらして配置した形状であって、前記他の複数の導体(2)の各々が前記他の複数の導電性領域(1)の各々と前記向かい合う短辺の他方に配置される出力部電極(3)との間に電気的結合を有するように形成されるセンサ・ウェブ。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ・ウェブの製造方法であって、前記方法は、
前記基板(5)上に形成された金属箔を打ち抜いて前記複数の導電性領域(1)および前記複数の導体(2)を形成する工程と、
第1の保護膜を、その第1の保護膜が前記複数の導電性領域およびそれらの導体を覆うように、前記金属箔に貼り付ける工程と、
を具備する方法。
