a.出発材料の溶融物を生成するステップおよび
b.該溶融物を作成済みの型に注入するステップ。
c.ピストンリングをそのAc3温度より高くしてオーステナイト化するステップ、
d.ピストンリングを適当な焼入れ媒体中で焼入れするステップおよび
e.ピストンリングを制御雰囲気炉において400〜700℃の温度で焼戻しするステップ。

Claims (4)
- 鋼材組成物を基本成分として有するピストンリングであり、前記鋼材組成物が下記の元素を鋼材組成物100質量%に対し下記の比率で含み、
C:0.5〜1.2質量%
Cr:0〜3.0質量%
Fe:72.0〜94.5質量%
Mn:3.0〜15.0質量%
Si:2.0〜10.0質量%
Al:最大0.02質量%
B:最大0.1質量%
Cu:最大2.0質量%
Mo:最大3.0質量%
Nb:最大0.05質量%
Ni:最大4.0質量%
P:最大0.1質量%
S:最大0.05質量%
Sn:最大0.05質量%
Ti:最大1.5質量%
V:最大1.5質量%
W:最大1.5質量%
ここで、Nb、Ti、V、Wの分画の合計が1.5質量%以下であり、該鋼材組成物がAl、B、C、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Mo、Nb、Ni、P、S、Si、Sn、Ti、VおよびWからなる群から選択した元素のみを含み、これら元素の合計が100質量%と等しいものであり、
前記ピストンリングが、
a.出発材料の溶融物を生成するステップと、
b.溶融物を作成済みの型に注入するステップとを備える方法により製造されることを特徴とするピストンリング。 - a.出発材料の溶融物を生成するステップと、
b.溶融物を作成済みの型に注入するステップとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストンリングの製造方法。 - c.ピストンリングをそのAc3温度より高くしてオーステナイト化するステップと、
d.前記ピストンリングを適当な焼入れ媒体中で焼入れするステップと、
e.前記ピストンリングを制御雰囲気炉において400〜700℃の温度で焼戻しするステップとを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のピストンリングの製造方法。 - f.得られたピストンリングを窒化するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
