Claims (5)
- 内部に空間部が形成され、複数の板材が積層されて形成される磁束誘導部と、
前記磁束誘導部の空間部内で往復移動可能に設置される可動子と、
前記空間部の内壁に設置される、平面形状の永久磁石と、
前記永久磁石と前記可動子との間に配置され、前記可動子の移動をガイドするガイド部とを含み、
1対の可動プレートが前記空間部の両端側にそれぞれ配置され、コイルが前記1対の可動プレート間に配置される永久磁石型アクチュエータ。 - 前記ガイド部は、一側面が前記永久磁石と接触し、他側面が前記空間部の内壁と平行になるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石型アクチュエータ。
- 前記空間部の内壁の両側にそれぞれ2つの永久磁石が互いに傾斜して配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の永久磁石型アクチュエータ。
- 前記各永久磁石の両端部に支持部材が配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の永久磁石型アクチュエータ。
- 前記各永久磁石が離間して配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の永久磁石型アクチュエータ。
