Description
Claims (22)
- 使用者の中耳にインプラントされるための聴覚アクチュエータであって、
電気入力信号を機械的振動に変換するための変換器手段と、
前記変換器手段の一端部を、砧骨に取り付けるための取付手段と、
細長形状のピストン要素の長手軸が前記変換器手段の長手軸に実質的に平行となり、かつ前記アクチュエータが前記変換器手段の一端部が砧骨に取り付けられることにより中耳にインプラントされたとき、前記変換器手段の機械的振動を伝達させるように、細長形状のピストン要素が鐙骨底に接触し、又は鐙骨底に形成された穴を通って延在するように、前記変換器手段の反対端部から延在する接触手段と
を備えるアクチュエータ。 - 使用者の中耳にインプラントされるための聴覚アクチュエータであって、
電気入力信号を機械的振動に変換するための変換器手段と、
前記変換器手段の一端部を、側頭骨に取り付けるための取付手段と、
細長形状のピストン要素の長手軸が前記変換器手段の長手軸に実質的に平行となり、かつ前記アクチュエータが前記変換器手段の一端部が側頭骨に取り付けられることにより中耳にインプラントされたとき、前記変換器手段の機械的振動を伝達させるように、細長形状のピストン要素が正円窓に接触するように、前記変換器手段の反対端部から延在する接触手段と
を備えるアクチュエータ。 - 前記細長形状のピストン要素の長さは、調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記変換器手段の長手軸及び前記細長形状のピストン要素の長手軸は、実質的に共通軸上に並べられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記変換器手段は、1又はそれより多い圧電素子を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記変換器手段は、圧電素子の積層体を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記圧電素子は、d33配置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記圧電素子は、d31配置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記取付手段は、砧骨長突起に前記変換器手段を取り付けるために構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記取付手段は、一対のジョーを有する把持手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記ジョーは、前記変換器手段の長手軸に対して、実質的に直角に延在することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記鐙骨底に前記細長形状のピストン要素を取り付けるための取付手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記正円窓に前記細長形状のピストン要素を取り付けるための取付手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記取付手段は、中耳の各点に事前取り付けされたマウント部材に取り付けられるために構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記細長形状のピストン要素は、前記変換器手段の少なくとも1つの側部周りに延在する側壁に一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記取付手段は、前記変換器手段の少なくとも1つの側部周りに延在する側壁に一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記側壁は、弾性変形可能な材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 各側壁は、前記変換器手段の前記機械的振動とともに、前記側壁が拡張しかつ収縮することを可能とする、弾性的に延長可能な部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記弾性的に延長可能な部分は、所定の振幅を超える前記変換器手段の振動を制限するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記細長形状のピストン要素は、互いに接続される2又はそれより多い部分を備え、前記細長形状のピストン要素は、前記細長形状のピストン要素の長さを調整するために前記互いに接続される部分において屈曲可能なことを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記細長形状のピストン要素は、ダイヤモンド形状に配置される4つの前記部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
- 前記細長形状のピストン要素は、屈曲可能な支柱を形成するように配置された2又はそれより多い前記部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の聴覚アクチュエータ。
