Claims (3)
- 予混合圧縮着火運転が行われ、且つ、排ガスの一部をEGRパイプにより取出してEGRクーラで冷却し、冷却した排ガスをEGRバルブを介して吸気ダクトの吸気に混合するEGR装置が備えられた予混合圧縮着火システムにおいて、EGR装置のEGRクーラの結露水を回収して貯留する貯留タンクと、該貯留タンクの結露水を前記吸気ダクト内の吸気に添加して水滴を気筒に送り込むようにした結露水供給装置とを備え、前記吸気ダクトの内部における結露水の添加位置よりも下流側位置に通気構造の添加水捕捉板を設け、該添加水捕捉板で添加水を捕捉して成長した水滴が吸気の流れにより離脱して気筒に送り込まれるようにしたことを特徴とする予混合圧縮着火システムの燃焼温度制御装置。
- 前記EGRクーラを下流のEGRバルブに向けて高さが低くなるように傾斜配置し、前記EGRパイプにおけるEGRバルブの上流側底部に結露水を受ける集水凹部を備え、該集水凹部の結露水が前記貯留タンクに流入するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の予混合圧縮着火システムの燃焼温度制御装置。
- 前記EGRクーラが第1段クーラと第2段クーラとからなる二段式クーラであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の予混合圧縮着火システムの燃焼温度制御装置。
