Claims (17)
- 水を浄化するための浄水システム(10)であって、
入口および出口を有する再循環水の流れ経路(12)を含む再循環水の流れ回路と、
前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)を通して水を移動させるためのポンプ(30)と、
前記再循環水の流れ経路内の浄水装置(34)であって、少なくとも1つの内部空間を有する浄水装置(34)と、
前記内部空間内に位置する浄化媒体(36)と、
分配サイクル中に前記再循環水の流れ経路の前記出口から分配する所望の水の容積量をユーザが入力することができるように構成された入力装置(26)を含む流量制御システム(20)と、
分配サイクル中に前記出口から分配する水の容積量を決定するために用いられる信号を発生するように動作する、流量センサまたはタイマーのうちの1つを含む感知デバイス(54)と、
前記入力装置(26)および前記感知デバイス(54)に接続され、且つ前記信号に対応した出力を有する電子流量コントローラ(56)と、
前記電子流量コントローラ(56)によって制御される流量規制装置(46)と
を有する浄水システム(10)において、
前記電子流量コントローラ(56)は、前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)の前記出口を通して浄化水を分配するように、および/または前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)を通して水を再循環させるように選択的に前記流量規制装置(46)を制御すること、また前記電子流量コントローラ(56)は、分配サイクル中に前記所望の容積量の浄化水が前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)の前記出口から分配されたとき、前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)の前記出口からの浄化水の排出を停止して前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)を通して水を自動的に再循環させるように前記流量規制装置を制御することを特徴とする浄水システム(10)。
- 分配サイクル中に前記所望の容積量の浄化水が前記出口から分配されたとき、ユーザに警告するように前記電子流量コントローラ(56)によって制御される警報装置(58)をさらに有する請求項1に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記感知デバイスが、前記電子流量コントローラ(56)に関連付けられたタイマー(152または156)を含む請求項1または2に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記流量制御システム(20)が、分配サイクル中に前記所望の容積量の浄化水を前記出口から分配するための時間の長さを決定するのに用いることができる複数の時間値を含む参照用テーブル(152)をさらに含む請求項3に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記流量制御システム(20)が、分配サイクル中に前記所望の容積量の浄化水を前記出口から分配するための時間の長さを決定するように動作するアルゴリズム(156)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記流量規制装置(46)が弁を含む請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記感知デバイス(54)が流量センサ(54)を有する請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記流量センサ(54)が、水の流量を測定するために前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)への前記入口の上流に配置される請求項7に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記流量センサ(54)が、水の流量を測定するために前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)への前記入口の下流に配置される請求項7に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記感知デバイス(54)が羽根形流量計(54)である請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記羽根形流量計が、前記浄水装置(34)への前記入口の上流に配置される請求項10に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記電子流量コントローラ(56)は、浄化水が適切に分配されているか、または前記浄水システム(10)から漏洩しているかどうかを決定するシステム漏洩チェック・ルーチン(128)を実行するように動作する請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記浄化媒体(36)を包含する前記内部空間の下流で前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)に接続された遠隔分配ガン(32)をさらに有する請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)の前記出口から分配された水の容積量を表示するため、および/または前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)から分配する前記所望の容積量の水に達するまでに前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)の前記出口から分配されるべき残りの水の容積量を表示するために前記電子流量コントローラ(56)に接続されたディスプレイ(28)をさらに有する請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 前記ポンプ(30)は、所定の最高速度、および所定のより低い再循環速度で動作可能であり、また
前記電子流量コントローラ(56)は、
ユーザが所望の容積量の浄水の分配を開始したときにポンプ速度を前記最高速度に設定する段階、
最高速度に設定された前記ポンプ(30)により前記出口を通して浄化水を分配するよう前記流量規制装置(46)を位置付ける段階、
前記所望の容積量の浄水が分配されたときに前記出口を通る流れを停止するよう前記流量規制装置(46)を位置付ける段階、および
前記出口を通る流れを停止するように前記流量規制装置(46)が位置付けられた後、前記ポンプ速度を前記より低い再循環速度に設定する段階
にしたがって前記ポンプ(30)の速度を制御する請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 逆止弁(52)が、前記再循環水の流れ経路(12)内の、該再循環水の流れ経路(12)の前記出口の下流であって該再循環水の流れ経路(12)の開始部分の上流に配置され、それによって前記入口(14)からの逆流を防止する請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム(10)。
- 浄化水が前記浄水システム(10)を出る直前に濾過されるように前記流量規制装置(46)の下流に位置する最終フィルタ48をさらに有する請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム(10)。
