Description
第1バスバーと第2バスバーを含んで樹脂成形された回路装置を備えたアクチュエータの制御装置であって、
前記第1及び第2バスバーは、それぞれの少なくとも一部が平板状に形成され表面積が大きい2つの主平面部と、前記主平面部に隣り合い、該主平面部より表面積の小さい2つの副平面部とから構成され、
前記回路装置は、複数の金型の内少なくとも1つの可動金型を備えた樹脂成形機によって樹脂成形され、
前記樹脂成形された回路装置は、前記第1バスバーの1つの主平面部と前記第2バスバーの1つの主平面部とが向かい合うように対向配置され、且つ、その対向方向が前記可動金型の型抜き方向と異なる方向に配置された前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーを含んで構成される回路を備え、
前記第1バスバー及び第2バスバーは、前記主平面部が対向配置される部分において、一方の側で隣接する副平面部に連なって電気接続端子が備えられ、該電気接続端子が前記樹脂成形の際に所定の金型に係合されると共に、前記電気接続端子とは反対側で隣接する副平面部に前記樹脂成形の際に前記所定の金型とは異なる金型に係合する突出部を設けたことを特徴とする。
油圧制御機構150は、車両後方から前方へ向かう方向に対して車両上方に鋭角のα(例えば10〜15°)だけ傾斜した軸Aを有する。 油圧式ブレーキ機構150は、ボルト152により、エンジンルームR1と車室R2とを仕切る隔壁Wに固定されている。油圧式ブレーキ機構150は、軸方向における一方の側(車両前方側)にマスタシリンダ250及び前記リザーバ700を有している。
ケース302に取り付けられるフィルタ309は、モータ制御ユニット300のケース302の内部へ水などの液体が侵入するのを抑制する一方で、ケース302の内部における圧力の変動を抑制して該圧力を一定に保つよう、呼吸作用によってケース302の内部と外部との間で空気の流通を可能とするものである。 図4は、パワー基板352をケース302に取り付けた状態の上面を示す。該パワー基板352は、ケース302に固定されている。ケース302は金属製で底面303を有し、その上側は電気部品の組立てのために開口し、ケース302の低部外周にはこのケース302をハウジング160にねじ等で固定するための固定部材301A〜301Dを有している。

Claims (5)
- 第1バスバーと第2バスバーを含んで樹脂成形された回路装置を備えたアクチュエータの制御装置であって、
前記第1及び第2バスバーは、それぞれの少なくとも一部が平板状に形成され表面積が大きい2つの主平面部と、前記主平面部に隣り合い、該主平面部より表面積の小さい2つの副平面部とから構成され、
前記回路装置は、複数の金型の内少なくとも1つの可動金型を備えた樹脂成形機によって樹脂成形され、
前記樹脂成形された回路装置は、前記第1バスバーの1つの主平面部と前記第2バスバーの1つの主平面部とが向かい合うように対向配置され、且つ、その対向方向が前記可動金型の型抜き方向と異なる方向に配置された前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーを含んで構成される回路を備え、
前記第1バスバー及び第2バスバーは、前記主平面部が対向配置される部分において、一方の側で隣接する副平面部に連なって電気接続端子が備えられ、該電気接続端子が前記樹脂成形の際に所定の金型に係合されると共に、前記電気接続端子とは反対側で隣接する副平面部に前記樹脂成形の際に前記所定の金型とは異なる金型に係合する突出部を設けたこと
を特徴とするアクチュエータの制御装置。 - 前記第1バスバーは複数の前記電気接続端子を備え、該第1バスバーの突出部は、該第1バスバーの長手方向において前記第1バスバーの電気接続端子に挟まれた位置に備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータの制御装置。
- 前記第2バスバーは複数の前記電気接続端子を備え、該第2バスバーの突出部は、該第2バスバーの長手方向において前記第2バスバーの電気接続端子に挟まれた位置に備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のアクチュエータの制御装置。
- 前記第1バスバーの電気接続端子は、直流電源の正極側に接続されるか、または、コンデンサの正極側に接続され、前記第2バスバーの電気接続端子は、前記直流電源の負極側に接続されるか、または、前記コンデンサの負極側に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載のアクチュエータの制御装置。
- 前記樹脂成形された回路装置の前記第1バスバー及び第2バスバーの前記主平面部が対向配置される部分において、これら対向する主平面部間に樹脂板を挟着した状態で前記樹脂成形されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のアクチュエータの制御装置。
