Claims (10)
- 直列に結合された複数のスイッチ・セット(20)であって、各々の当該スイッチ・セットは並列に結合された複数の超小型電機機械システム(MEMS)スイッチを有している、複数のスイッチ・セット(20)と、
前記複数のスイッチ・セットに結合されていて、これらのスイッチの開放及び閉成を制御するように構成された制御回路(36)と、
それぞれの対のスイッチ・セットの間の各々の点を前記制御回路に結合する1つ以上の中間ダイオード(48、50、52)と、
を有する電気的スイッチング装置。 - 前記制御回路と前記スイッチ・セットの線路側の点との間に線路側ダイオード(40)が結合され、また前記制御回路と前記スイッチ・セットの負荷側の点との間に負荷側ダイオード(42)が結合されており、前記制御回路は前記線路側ダイオード(40)及び前記負荷側ダイオード(42)を順方向バイアスするように構成されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 各々のスイッチ・セットの両端間に結合されたグレーディング回路のブロックを複数備えるグレーディング回路網(62)を有している、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記グレーディング回路網は、前記複数のスイッチ・セットの上流側の点(30)、前記複数のスイッチ・セットの下流側の点(34)、及び各対のスイッチ・セットの間の点に結合されている、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記グレーディング回路のブロックの間の各々の点を前記制御回路に結合する1つ以上のターンオン・ダイオード(104、108、112)を有する、請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 前記中間ダイオード(48、50、52)が、1つ以上のターンオフ・ダイオード(106、110、114)を含み、

前記ターンオン・ダイオード(104、108、112)にそれぞれ結合された直列抵抗と、
前記ターンオフ・ダイオード(106、110、114)にそれぞれ結合された直列抵抗と、
を有する、請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記グレーディング回路のブロックの各々は、抵抗(82)、コンデンサ(84)及び非線形電圧クランプ装置(86)を含む、請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記複数のスイッチがMEMSスイッチを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スイッチ・セットの線路側の点に電力を供給する電源(28)を有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記制御回路は、ハイブリッド・アーク制限技術(HALT)及び/又はパルス支援ターンオン(PATO)回路を含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の装置。
