前記ジカルボン酸誘導体としては、琥珀酸、グルタール酸、アジピン酸、スベリン酸(suberic acid)、アゼライン酸(azelaic acid)、セバシン酸(sebacic acid)、デカンジカルボン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、フタル酸、イソフタル酸またはテレフタル酸が挙げられる。
X、Y、及びZは互いに同一であるかまたは相違しており、ポリエステルポリオールを製造するのに使用されたアルコール誘導体から誘導される残基であって、その例として互いに同一であるかまたは相違しており、エチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、アルカンジオール(alkane diol)、エトキシ化アルカンジオール(ethoxylated alkane diol)、プロポキシル化アルカンジオール(propoxylated alkane diol)、トリメチロールプロパン、エトキシ化トリメチロールプロパン、プロポキシル化トリメチロールプロパン、ジトリメチロールプロパン、エトキシ化ジトリメチロールプロパン、プロポキシル化ジトリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、プロポキシル化ペンタエリスリトール、ジペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化ジペンタエリスリトール、プロポキシル化ジペンタエリスリトール、ビスフェノールA、エトキシ化ビスフェノールAまたはプロポキシル化ビスフェノールAから誘導される残基であることができる。
[実施例]
下記の化学式8aの第1反復単位、下記の化学式8bの第2反復単位、及び下記化学式8cの第3反復単位を含み、且つ両末端がA及びB(Aは、CH2=CR−C(=O)−O−CH2CH2−NH−C(=O)−(RはCH3)であり、Bは、CH2=CR−C(=O)−O−CH2CH2−NH−C(=O)−(RはCH3))である第1モノマー(質量平均分子量約18000)と下記の化学式2aの第2モノマー(ヘキシルアクリレート)を75:25質量%の混合比で含むモノマー5質量%、1.3MのLiPF6が溶解されたエチレンカーボネート(EC)、エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)、及びジエチルカーボネート(DEC)(30:20:50体積%)の混合溶液95質量%を混合した(以下、プリゲルと称する)。
前記比較例1で使用された第1モノマーと第2モノマーを75:25質量%の混合比で含むモノマー7質量%と、1.3MのLiPF6が溶解されたエチレンカーボネート(EC)、エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)、及びジエチルカーボネート(DEC)(30:20:50体積%)の混合溶液93質量%を混合したことを除いては、前記比較例1と同一に実施してリチウム2次電池を製造した。
天然黒鉛、スチレンブタジエンバインダー、及びカルボキシメチルセルロース増粘剤を使用して製造された負極を使用したことを除いては、前記比較例2と同一に実施した。この時、前記天然黒鉛とスチレンブタジエンバインダーの混合比は97:3質量%であり、前記カルボキシメチルセルロースの使用量は、前記スチレンブタジエンバインダー100質量部に対して1質量部にした。
実施例1で使用された第1モノマーと第2モノマーを75:25質量%の混合比で含むモノマー7質量%と、1.3MのLiPF6が溶解されたエチレンカーボネート(EC)、エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)、及びジエチルカーボネート(DEC)(30:20:50体積%)の混合溶液93質量%を混合した(以下、プリゲルと称する)。
第1モノマーと第2モノマーを71:29質量%に混合したモノマーを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施してリチウム2次電池を製造した。
第1モノマーと第2モノマーを68:32質量%に混合したモノマーを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施してリチウム2次電池を製造した。
第1モノマーと第2モノマーを64:36質量%に混合したモノマーを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施してリチウム2次電池を製造した。
第1モノマーと第2モノマーを61:39質量%に混合したモノマーを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施してリチウム2次電池を製造した。
第1モノマーと第2モノマーを57:43質量%に混合したモノマーを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施してリチウム2次電池を製造した。
第1モノマーと第2モノマーを54:46質量%に混合したモノマーを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施してリチウム2次電池を製造した。
第1モノマーと第2モノマーを50:50質量%に混合したモノマーを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施してリチウム2次電池を製造した。
第1モノマーとしてポリエチレングリコールジメタアクリレートを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施した。
第2モノマーとして下記の化学式11のアクリル酸3−アセトキシ−プロピルエステルを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施した。
モノマーとしてポリエチレングリコールジメタアクリレートを使用して、このモノマーのみを前記実施例2の方法で重合させて製造されたポリマー電解質組成物を使用したことを除いては、前記実施例2と同一に実施した。
電池を0.2Cの充電速度で4.2V、20mAhカット−オフ充電し、0.2Cの放電速度で2.75Vカット−オフ放電した後、1C/36分の条件で定電流充電した後、この電池をUTM(Universal Test Machine, “Instron”)を利用して、3ポイントベンディングモード(3 point bending mode)で評価した。評価方法は、長さ方向に5mm/分の速度で3mmまでベンディングさせる時に最大に加えられる力(Maximum Load(N))で評価した。電池を据え置く据置台間の距離(span length)は、電池の幅方向の長さに対して左右それぞれ3mmずつ引いた値にした。
電池を次の1乃至3の条件で1回ずつ充電/放電を実施して、3条件の充電/放電の後、つまり、総3サイクル目の放電容量を測定した。
1.0.2Cの充電速度で4.2V/20mAカットオフ条件で充電した後、0.2Cの放電速度で2.75Vまで放電
2.0.5Cの充電速度で4.2V/20mAカットオフ条件で充電した後、0.2Cの放電速度で2.75Vまで放電
3.0.5Cの充電速度で4.2V/0.1Cカットオフ条件で充電した後、0.5Cの放電速度で3Vまで放電
Claims (3)
- リチウムを挿入及び脱離することができる正極活物質を含む正極;
炭素系負極活物質及び水溶性バインダーを含む負極;及び
ポリマー、非水性有機溶媒、及びリチウム塩を含む高分子電解質;
を含むリチウム2次電池であって、
前記ポリマーは、化学式1([化1])の第1モノマーと、ヘキシルアクリレートである第2モノマーとが重合されたものであり、
前記水溶性バインダーがスチレンブタジエンラバーであり、
前記第1モノマーと第2モノマーの混合比は75:25ないし60:40質量比である、リチウム2次電池:
