Description
Claims (8)
- 模様のあるラッパペーパを作成するためのプロセスであって、
50センチポアズ(50mPa・s)以下の室温粘度と、
乾燥時に4〜40ミクロンの範囲にあり、湿潤時に90%が10ミクロン〜100ミクロンの範囲にある粒子と、
6〜6.5の範囲のpHと、
を有する少なくとも水及び酸化澱粉を含む印刷溶液を調整するステップを含み、
前記澱粉は、酸化澱粉の含有率が20%〜24%の溶液をさらに形成することができ、
前記印刷溶液を調整するステップが、
所定量の澱粉を所定量の室温の水と混合するステップと、
前記澱粉と水の混合物を準沸点に加熱するステップと、
前記澱粉と水の混合物が室温に戻れるようにするステップと、
前記調整ステップ中、前記澱粉と水の混合物を少なくとも実質的に連続して撹拌するステップと、
を含み、
前記印刷溶液は、少なくともセンチメートル当たり65ダイン(6.5×10-2Nm-1)の表面張力を有し、
ラッパペーパのベースウェブを提供するステップと、
前記印刷溶液を前記ラッパペーパに所定の模様で加えるステップと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記ベースウェブが横方向を有し、前記所定の模様が前記ベースウェブ上で横方向に延びる複数の帯を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記ベースウェブが縦方向を有し、前記所定の模様が少なくとも1つの縦方向に延びる縞模様を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。 - 前記ベースウェブが横方向及び縦方向を有し、前記所定の模様が前記ベースウェブ上で横方向及び縦方向に間隔を空けた複数の領域を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。 - 前記印刷溶液を調整するステップが前記澱粉と水の混合物を、20〜30分の範囲の時間前記準沸点に保持するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記準沸点が90℃〜95℃の範囲の温度である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。 - 前記澱粉と水の混合物が室温に戻った後、該混合物に少なくとも1つの追加成分を加えるステップをさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。 - タバコロッドを含み、該タバコロッドが請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のプロセスにより構成されたラッパを含む、
ことを特徴とする喫煙物品。
