Description
本発明によれば、包装材の内部に保護用の気体を保持して食品を酸素から護りながら、他方湿分の放出も可能にする、食品および飼料の包装用の箔を提供することができる。この箔は、高い気体断絶機能と良好な水蒸気透過性を併せ持つ遮断層を有する。それにより当遮断層は、包装された食品から酸素を遠ざけて黴の繁殖を妨げつつ、他方必要に応じて包装材内部に注入される保護用気体を包装材内部に保持し、同時に食品の湿分放出、つまり包装材中での食品の乾燥を可能にするという要求をかなえている。当箔は、包装材として適した圧着パック可能な箔にするため、良好なシーリング特性を持つ表面シーリング層が追加構成されている。しかも、そのシーリング層は遮断層の機能性に影響を及ぼさないのでそれを損うということもない。すなわち、シーリング層も同等の高い水蒸気透過性を有する。気体の遮断は遮断層によって実現されるので、シーリング層は気体透過性にすることもできる。なお、「気体断絶性」および「気体透過性」はそれぞれ、周辺常温時に気状である物質、特に酸素、窒素および二酸化炭素に対する遮断性および透過性を意味している。
ポリアミド鋳造膜、ポリアミド圧延膜、鋳造または圧延成形によって製造されたポリアミド/EVOH/ポリアミド多層膜、ニス引きセロファン、PVOH含有担体膜のグループから選択するのが好ましい。
PLA膜、PLAコーティング膜、ニス引きセロファンのグループから選択するのが好ましい。
好ましい実施形態の1つでは、2つのポリアミド層とその間に配置された1つのEVOH層からなる3層形式の遮断層が共同押出し加工され長手方向に延伸加工される。遮断層の厚さは15μ〜25μである。遮断層にはPLAシーリング層が接着により貼り合わされる。PLA層の厚さは20μ〜30μである。
図1は多層箔10の構造を示している。当箔は、高い気体遮断性と良好な水蒸気透過性を示す遮断層12を有する。遮断層12は、2つのポリアミド層15とその間に配置された1つのEVOH層16からなる3層形式で共同押出し加工されている。遮断層12には接着剤ポリ乳酸塩が貼り合わされている。ポリ乳酸塩層18は良好なシーリング特性と高い水蒸気透過性を有する。
Claims (11)
- 箔のすべての層が水蒸気透過性を有していて、少なくとも1層が気体断絶機能を持つ遮断層であり、該箔の少なくとも1つの外表面が、主成分がポリヒドロキシカルボン酸で構成されるシーリング層によって形成されており、
前記遮断層が、ポリアミド、ニス引きセロファン、エチレン/ビニルアルコールポリマーおよびその他のビニルアルコール系ポリマーを成分とする層から選択された、少なくとも2つの層からなる組み合せを含む多層箔であり、
前記遮断層の酸素透過量が、分圧差1dbar、温度23℃および相対湿度0%の条件で24時間当り35cm3/m2未満であり、
前記箔のすべての層の前記水蒸気透過性が、分圧差1dbar、温度23℃および相対湿度85%の条件で20g/m2超である、食品および飼料の包装のための多層箔。 - 前記ポリヒドロキシカルボン酸の主成分が、天然物質から取得されるヒドロキシカルボン酸で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層箔。
- 前記ヒドロキシカルボン酸が食用酸であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多層箔。
- 前記ヒドロキシカルボン酸の主成分がポリ乳酸であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多層箔。
- 前記遮断層と前記シーリング層が、積層物としての製造のため共同押出し加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多層箔。
- 前記遮断層と前記シーリング層が、箔としての製造のためラミネートまたは貼り合わせ加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多層箔。
- 前記遮断層がニス系としての製造のため、前記シーリング層へ付与されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多層箔。
- 前記シーリング層がニス系としての製造のため、前記遮断層へ付与されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多層箔。
- 前記箔がプリント可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の多層箔。
- 前記箔が透けて見えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の多層箔。
- 主成分が、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の多層箔である食品用包装材。
