Claims (10)
- 測定された呼吸終期の呼吸気体の濃度値を動脈内の前記呼吸気体の濃度値の推定に用いるときの信頼性を示す方法であって、
前記呼吸気体の濃度値を異なる時刻において複数測定し、
前記呼吸気体の換気に関する値を異なる時刻において複数測定し、
測定された前記呼吸気体の複数の濃度値から呼吸終期の動脈内の前記呼吸気体の濃度値を推定し、
前記呼吸気体の換気に関する値の履歴を評価して換気安定性の程度を決定し、
換気安定性の前記程度を用いて推定された前記呼吸終期の動脈内の呼吸気体の濃度値の信頼性の推定を提供する、方法。 - 前記呼吸終期の動脈内の呼吸気体の濃度値の推定が、少なくとも部分的に、前記呼吸気体の換気に関する値に基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定される前記呼吸気体の濃度値が、二酸化炭素、酸素、亜酸化窒素、一酸化窒素及び麻酔薬又はそれらの任意の組み合わせの濃度値である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定される前記呼吸気体の換気に関する値が、前記呼吸気体の流量、呼吸された前記呼吸気体のボリューム、前記呼吸気体の圧力、前記呼吸気体の温度及び前記呼吸気体の湿度又はそれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定された呼吸終期の呼吸気体の濃度値を動脈内の前記呼吸気体の濃度値の推定に用いるときの信頼性を示す方法であって、
前記呼吸気体の濃度値を異なる時刻において複数測定し、
前記呼吸気体の流量を異なる時刻において複数測定し、
前記流量から呼吸された前記呼吸気体の複数のボリューム値を決定し、
測定された前記呼吸気体の複数の濃度値から呼吸終期の動脈内の前記呼吸気体の濃度値を推定し、
前記流量及びボリューム値の履歴を評価して換気安定性の程度を決定し、
換気安定性の前記程度を用いて推定された前記呼吸終期の動脈内の呼吸気体の濃度値の信頼性の推定を提供する、方法。 - 前記呼吸終期の動脈内の呼吸気体の濃度値の推定が、少なくとも部分的に、前記流量及びボリューム値に基づく、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 測定される前記呼吸気体の濃度値が、二酸化炭素、酸素、亜酸化窒素、一酸化窒素及び麻酔薬又はそれらの任意の組み合わせの濃度値である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 測定された呼吸終期の呼吸気体の濃度値を動脈内の前記呼吸気体に御濃度値の推定に用いるときの信頼性を改善する装置であって、
前記呼吸気体の濃度値を異なる時刻において複数測定する手段、
前記呼吸気体の換気に関する値を異なる時刻において複数測定する手段、
測定された前記呼吸気体の複数の濃度値から呼吸終期の動脈内の前記呼吸気体の濃度値を推定する手段、
前記呼吸気体の換気に関する値の履歴を評価して換気安定性の程度を決定する手段、及び
換気安定性の前記程度を用いて推定された前記呼吸終期の動脈内の呼吸気体の濃度値の信頼性の推定を提供する手段、
を有する装置。 - 前記呼吸終期の動脈内の呼吸気体の濃度値を推定する手段が、少なくとも部分的に、前記呼吸気体の換気に関する値に基づいて前記呼吸終期の動脈内の呼吸気体の濃度値を推定する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 測定される前記呼吸気体の濃度値が、二酸化炭素、酸素、亜酸化窒素、一酸化窒素及び麻酔薬又はそれらの任意の組み合わせの濃度値であり、測定される前記呼吸気体の換気に関する値が、前記呼吸気体の流量、呼吸された前記呼吸気体のボリューム、前記呼吸気体の圧力、前記呼吸気体の温度及び前記呼吸気体の湿度又はそれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項8に記載の装置。
