ここで、invCO2= CO2 - maxCO2、CO2は気体センサによって測定される呼気CO2、VEは呼気のボリューム、f及びnは近似パラメータ、そして、maxCO2はもう一つの近似パラメータである一定のCO2値である。
Claims (19)
- 呼吸終期の気体値の信頼性を示す方法であって、
複数の気体濃度値を測定し、
複数の換気値を測定し、
前記気体濃度値から呼吸終期の気体値を決定し、
前記換気値から換気安定性の程度を決定し、
換気安定性の前記程度を用いて前記呼吸終期の気体値の信頼性の推定を提供する、方法。 - 前記呼吸終期の気体値の決定が、少なくとも部分的に、前記換気値に基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記呼吸終期の気体値の決定が、前記換気値及び前記気体濃度値に数学的関係を適用することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記数学的関係が累乗回帰である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 測定される前記気体濃度値が、二酸化炭素、酸素、亜酸化窒素、一酸化窒素及び麻酔薬又はそれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定される前記換気値が、流動、ボリューム、圧力、温度及び湿度又はそれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 呼吸終期の気体値の信頼性を示す方法であって、
複数の気体濃度値を測定し、
複数の流動値を測定し、
前記流動値から複数のボリューム値を決定し、
前記気体濃度値から呼吸終期の気体値を決定し、
前記流動値及びボリューム値から換気安定性の程度を決定し、
換気安定性の前記程度を用いて前記呼吸終期の気体値の信頼性の推定を提供する、方法。 - 前記呼吸終期の気体値の決定が、少なくとも部分的に、前記換気値に基づく、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記呼吸終期の気体値の決定が、前記換気値及び前記気体濃度値に数学的関係を適用することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記数学的関係が累乗回帰である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 測定される前記気体濃度値が、二酸化炭素、酸素、亜酸化窒素、一酸化窒素及び麻酔薬又はそれらの任意の組み合わせであり、測定される前記換気値が、流動、ボリューム、圧力、温度及び湿度又はそれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 呼吸終期の気体値の信頼性を改善する装置であって、
複数の気体濃度値を検知する手段、
複数の換気値を検知する手段、
前記気体濃度値から呼吸終期値を決定する手段、
前記換気値から換気安定性の程度を決定する手段、及び
換気安定性の前記程度を用いて前記呼吸終期の気体値の信頼性の推定を提供する手段、
を有する装置。 - 前記呼吸終期値を決定する手段が、少なくとも部分的に、前記換気値に基づいて前記呼吸終期の気体値を決定する、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記呼吸終期の気体値を決定する手段が、前記換気値及び前記気体濃度値に数学的関係を適用する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記数学的関係が累乗回帰である、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 測定される前記気体濃度値が、二酸化炭素、酸素、亜酸化窒素、一酸化窒素及び麻酔薬又はそれらの任意の組み合わせであり、測定される前記換気値が、流動、ボリューム、圧力、温度及び湿度又はそれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 呼吸終期の気体値を決定する装置であって、
複数の気体濃度値を検知する手段、
複数の換気値を検知する手段、並びに
数学的関係を用いて前記気体濃度値及び前記換気値から呼吸終期値を決定する手段、
を有する装置。 - 前記呼吸終期の気体値を決定する手段が、少なくとも部分的に、前記換気値に基づいて前記呼吸終期の気体値を決定する、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 測定される前記気体濃度値が、二酸化炭素、酸素、亜酸化窒素、一酸化窒素及び麻酔薬又はそれらの任意の組み合わせであり、測定される前記換気値が、流動、ボリューム、圧力、温度及び湿度又はそれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項17に記載の装置。
