Claims (3)
- 少なくとも2つの骨片を有する骨折した骨のための骨折部固定システムにおいて、
a.整形外科用インプラントと、
b.前記整形外科用インプラントに対して相対的に配置され、少なくとも1つの前記骨片内で密接するように適合された係合部材と、
c.少なくとも2つの前記骨片が圧縮された状態で配置され、且つ、該少なくとも2つの前記骨片が前記整形外科用インプラントに対して相対的に回転しないように、前記係合部材に対して力を作用させるための手段と、
を備え、
前記整形外科用インプラントが、髄内装置、圧縮プレート、及び展開可能材料から成るグループから選択され、
前記係合部材に対して力を作用させるための手段は、細長部材とバレルとナットとを備えており、
前記整形外科用インプラントは、髄内装置であり、
前記係合部材に対して力を作用させるための手段は、拡幅端部を有する細長部材と、バレルと、前記バレル及び前記細長部材と係合されたナットとを備えており、
前記係合部材は、カニューレを挿入可能であり、前記髄内装置を貫通して延在しており、
前記細長部材は、前記カニューレ内部で滑動し、
前記拡幅端部は、前記係合部材の端部によって受容され、
前記係合部材の前記端部は、前記ナットに対してトルクが作用した場合に変形することを特徴とする骨折部固定システム。 - 前記バレル内側には前記係合部材の外側に形成された複数の平坦な部分に対応する複数の平坦な部分が形成されている、請求項1に記載の骨折部固定システム。
- 前記整形外科用インプラントは、髄内装置であって、
前記係合部材に対して力を作用させるための手段は、ナットと、拡幅端部を有する細長部材とを備えており、
前記係合部材には、自身の軸線に沿って複数の平坦な部分を有しており、
固定具は、前記複数の平坦な部分及び前記髄内装置に係合し、これにより前記係合部材の回転を防止し且つ前記係合部材の滑動を制限しており、
前記ナットは、前記係合部材及び前記細長部材と係合しており、
前記係合部材は、カニューレを挿入可能であり、前記髄内装置を貫通して延在しており、
前記細長部材は、前記カニューレ内で滑動しており、
前記拡幅端部は、前記係合部材の端部によって受容され、
前記係合部材の前記端部は、前記ナットに対してトルクが作用した場合に変形することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨折部固定システム。
